Abbiamo sviluppato l'unico percorso guidato per pagaiare a Vienna, uno che esplora il grande lago Vecchio Danubio, un vecchio braccio laterale del famoso fiume. Lungo la strada, ammira alcune delle più importanti architetture contemporanee di Vienna, impara tutto sulla sua influenza moderna e vivi il cuore ricreativo sconosciuto della città! Potremmo fermarci in un caffè sulla riva del lago o fare una nuotata nell'acqua pulita. Aspettatevi di condividere la mattina con alcuni vogatori, il pescatore strano, e la vita degli uccelli locali. Per la maggior parte però, dovremmo averlo per noi ;-) Questo è il tour estivo definitivo, quindi vieni a vedere un lato diverso di questa città con noi al Venture Vienna. Limitiamo tutti i nostri tour a gruppi veramente piccoli (max 12), il che significa che la tua esperienza con noi è più intima, arricchente e personale insieme ai tuoi compagni di viaggio. Otterrai un sacco di consigli da noi per il tuo soggiorno in città mentre fai nuove amicizie internazionali, prendi un po 'di sole e fai attività all'aria aperta!

Itinerario
Indagheremo probabilmente la parte più pittoresca di Vienna, l'Alte Donau; un villaggio sul lago che è stato tagliato fuori dal canale principale del Danubio nel 1870. È qui che i castori notturni ora vagano in un vecchio braccio laterale del grande fiume. Deliziose capanne sul lago adornano il bordo dell'acqua per dare vivaci esplosioni di colore alla riva del lago. Molto probabilmente condivideremo l'acqua con i rematori locali, lo strano pescatore e un sacco di cigni e anatre lungo la strada! Se fa caldo, possiamo anche fare una pausa per una nuotata nelle limpide acque del lago. Una volta terminato il tour, se vuoi continuare a indagare sulla "nuova" Vienna ancora per un po', puoi pranzare o prendere un cocktail nella vicina "Copa Beach" di Vienna, nuotare e uscire sull'isola del Danubio, visitare l'edificio più alto dell'Austria: il Torre del Danubio, o esplorare l'affascinante Parco del Danubio, tutti raggiungibili a piedi da dove finiremo.
Remeremo in piena vista dell'edificio più alto dell'Austria, così come di molti altri moderni grattacieli di Vienna all'ombra del suo skyline emergente.
Scopri il lato internazionale e politico di Vienna mentre navighiamo oltre il terzo quartier generale più grande delle Nazioni Unite. Vedremo come la Vienna moderna ha mantenuto la sua reputazione di lunga data come centro per la diplomazia e le relazioni internazionali.

Fantastic experience, would definitely recommend. Lovely to see another side to the city and James was a great guide.
We had an absolutely perfect kayak trip with James! The weather was beautiful, but the best part was the guiding by James. He gave great instructions, made the trip really easy, had interesting history and perspective on the area and Austria, and was just very enjoyable to be with. The time flew by, and it was the most relaxing tour I have ever taken. We learned a lot, and felt we saw a lot of the area. We left feeling very relaxed, happy and recharged afterwards. Thanks James!

I had a fantastic experience. The tour was fun, informative and full of laughs. If you’re a beginner, that’s no problem at all. I highly recommend and plan to check out another tour on my next trip!
Great tour! Usually, I don’t really pay much attention to what guides tell me — I’m much more interested in paddling a kayak down the river. But in this case, the information was both interesting and practical, and the guide himself was super nice and charming. The tour itself is a few kilometers of easy paddling, suitable for almost anyone. Afterward, you can sit down at a decent restaurant right on the river.
Amazing look at a less-known but no less lovely part of Vienna. Stephanie was a wonderful guide. Easy kayaking, beautiful views, lots of birding and such lovely clean water
If you would like to go off the beaten path I recommend the Vienna kayaking tour. It was a fun and cool summer activity, our guide Stephanie was great and the kayaks were easy to maneuver. Who knew there was a pristine lake to swim, boat, paddle board or kayak in only 20 minutes from city center….
Stephanie was great! It was a great time exploring the Alte Donue with her. I didn't know that the old and new danube were divided up, and this old danube is now a fun lake for the families and people of Vienna. It was a great way to spend our first morning in Vienna.
What an experience! This was by far my favourite thing of our trip to Vienna. It was fun, unique, educational and the James was a knowledgeable, kind and cool guy. Really enjoyed every second. James also gives unique insights into Vienna and provided us with great recommendations for food, wine and experiences whilst in Vienna. 10/10, would absolutely recommend.
One if the highlights of our holiday in Vienna. James is a top bloke, very accommodating and knowledgeable about the history, culture and politics of vienna. Kayaking the old Danube is a really unique way to see some of the new district parts of the city and learn about some of the more recent history of Vienna. Worth every penny, gave us a bit of a work out but nothing overly strenuous and there are plenty of points in the tour where you can just relax floating on the water taking in the scenery.
