Iniziamo con un ritiro gratuito dal tuo hotel nel sud di Tenerife, garantendo un inizio senza problemi. Dopo un briefing sulla sicurezza presso il nostro ufficio di Guia de Isora, siamo partiti attraverso Santiago del Teide verso la Valle di Masca. Mentre navighiamo su strade serpentine, godrai di viste mozzafiato su ripide scogliere, burroni e verde lussureggiante. Il nostro viaggio prevede diverse soste per le foto, offrendo prospettive uniche dei paesaggi drammatici. Visiteremo il punto più alto di Masca e il famoso Villaggio dei Pirati, perfetto per un riposo e foto memorabili. Questo tour è più di un viaggio in auto: è un'emozionante esplorazione della splendida bellezza naturale di Tenerife. *Il conducente principale deve avere più di 21 anni e avere una patente di guida valida

Absolutely amazing experience, Masca Valley and the village are stunning, awe inspiring places to visit. Driving the buggy is so fun and you get such a great view of the island and towns on the way to Masca, and on the way back you get a spectacular view of Teide too! Eugene the guide is such a lovely young guy, full of knowledge about the area and the village. He is very kind and considerate on the journey too, making sure to check in, providing coats if needed when it gets cold, and then stopping at amazing viewpoints where he gives you the deep history of Masca and the Canary islands. He makes you feel like a VIP the whole time, especially when you get to the village where he is well known. We went on our honeymoon and did so many different things, but this trip with Eugene was the best thing we did. We will happily go back to him!

A must do in Tenerife for a fun time away from the busy touristy areas. Wonderful views and sunset. I would do again if I return. Masca is stunning.

I had booked this tour for 11:00 a.m. so that my friend and I could go with our other friends. Everything was confirmed and I had received verification that I had booked it for 11:00 a.m and got the tickets. They then reached out to me on WhatsApp saying they had sold their last 11:00 a.m. spots, and that the only other time they had was for 2:00 p.m. They had kept saying the only time they had for us was for 2:00 p.m. without acknowledging the fact that we could not just drop the rest of our day for this as we had scheduled this tour around the time we had gotten confirmation for. I had kept reiterating that my tickets were sent to me for the 11:00 a.m. tour and that that was the only time I could go. When I finally asked for my refund, due to the fact that I could not go at the time they offered, I was no longer getting any responses. At this point I still have yet to get a response, and my money was taken.
Good day, We are very sorry that you were unable to join your friends. However, we informed you that the 11 AM tour was sold out within the first hour after your booking. You had the option to cancel and receive a refund. As we understand, your friends preferred not to share the same tour time with you and decided to keep their reservation. We waited for your response for several days but did not receive an answer. We were expecting you to join the 2 PM tour, as per your booking. Unfortunately, due to our 24-hour cancellation policy, we are unable to cancel the tour the night before the experience. Best regards
