Al termine del tour verrà fornito un biglietto d'ingresso a tempo per l'accesso alla Cupola. Tieni presente che l'orario di ingresso non può essere modificato e le guardie rispetteranno rigorosamente l'orario assegnato. I biglietti con orario di ingresso sono coordinati in modo da coincidere con la conclusione del tour di 2,5 ore. È fondamentale che tutti gli ospiti rispettino le suddette linee guida per garantire l'accesso al monumento. Si informa che non verrà concesso alcun rimborso nel caso in cui l'ingresso venga negato dalle guardie o dalle autorità museali a causa del mancato rispetto delle norme indicate. Per mantenere un'esperienza intima e personalizzata, ogni gruppo di tour è limitato a un massimo di 8 ospiti per guida.

Annette was our tour guide for the Duomo complex in Florence. She was EXCELLENT! She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and she works with Babylon tours.
We booked the early morning private tour in English with Annette M from Babylon tour. We LOVED having Annette as our tour guide and can’t say enough how happy we were with her. She was punctual, friendly and vastly knowledgeable we learned so much and left with a deeper appreciation and understanding of the Basilica and El Duomo itself. Lora was a tremendous guide for us. So knowledgeable about the Duomo and the art inside the museum. Very engaging and made appropriate stops along the way to explain the art or history. As part of the experience we then went to the top of the dome. The 416 steps to the top were worth the view. We would definitely recommend the tour and our guide Lora.
This was so fun to do with kids! Laura was 5 stars! This is the right way to experience Florence’s majestic Duomo. I loved the way that you could take a break and come back for the climb. The only reason I put four stars is that we planned for 8 of us to climb but only four of us could do it. If you are at all out of shape or claustrophobic or especially fearful of heights, skip this one and just tour the bottom!
We LOVED our tour with Laura. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We went with our young kids and she made the experience very easy and comfortable. We highly suggest doing this tour private and guided. The lines were very long and we got to walk right up to the front. Since we don't speak Italian, having her with us was very helpful as well. She also helped us find a bathroom and water when our children needed it. 5 ⭐️!
I did the Duomo tour with my family and we all enjoy It! We visit the museum first (with spectacular artwork inside)and than we went to the church! We also climb the cupola! Great experience and great tour guide( Eleonora)! Thanks Babylon
