There is a lot of free time to walk around. Good idea to plan itineraries for both cities. Guide was very nice and helpful

Travel too long. Vehicle seats not comfortable. There should have been more stops and an opportunity to see more things. At least give your customers some water.
We're sorry to hear the tour didn't meet your expectations. Unfortunately we can't do anything against the heavy traffic you experienced this day.. As the tour includes two city's in one day we have to make choices in stops.. otherwise the trip would take more than 11 hours.. Our experience learned us over the years that most people don't appreciate more time on a Daytrip... hopefully you enjoyed Belgium in a way..
Pedro was absolutely the best tour guide. None compare to his fun personality and knowledge of the Netherlands history, nature and how it all ties together.
Long drive for a short time in Antwerp and Brussels, and mostly for shopping. More time in van than in cities. Our driver was not a real tour guide; he was helping out his friend. A few tidbits of history but not much knowledge…he got some dates wrong. Not sure the value/cost of the tour was worth the price.
We are very sorry to hear the tour didn't meet your expectations. As for the duration of the travel it was clearly indicated in the explanation.. To travel from Amsterdam to Belgium takes a bit of time,its another country. Hopefully you enjoyed Belgium in a way despite your disapointment... Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience,and we will make sure we learn from your comments..
This tour takes you to Antwerp at a time of day that nothing is really open and it doesn’t take you to the diamond district which is what they are known for. Brussels was ok, but definitely not worth the long ride back to Amsterdam.
We're sad to hear that your experience wasn't wat you expected.. As I explained in the beginning of the tour.. We're visiting 2 city's in one day.. So we had to make choises... Since most people expect historic sites and landmarks we choose years ago to show the historic centre.... about the travel time we can't make it faster in a safe manner.. Hope you enjoyed Belgium as a country in a way.. and be welcome in Amsterdam always.. Kind regards,
Pedro was very knowledgeable and rather funny. For each location we visited there was ample time to see the sites that are there. Just be aware that it's less "guided (someone in your ear telling you all of the sites)" and more "choose your own adventure". That isn't necessarily a bad thing, just want you aware of what to expect. I would be remised if I did not shout out "Ferrari Mo" for his skillful driving throughout the cities.
Guide and driver were friendly and provided excellent and professional service without being overly formal. Knowledge shared and recommendations for places to see/eat and to buy local specialties were excellent as well.
This tour you spend more time in travel than in the cities. We were a group Of 8 and the vehicle provided was way too small and it was so uncomfortable. It’s over 3 hours each way. Make sure you find out what vehicle is transporting you.
Great people. Highly recommend it and I must see. Brussels was very nice. Jose and our driver were very funny.
