you shouldnt scamming people like that, when you posted that you sell the ticket for the eiffel tower summit, you should already have the tickets, when we meet the guide she said she has to buy the ticket first, and after sunset we didnt experience anything, that means she didnt have any slot tickets left, well i dont need refund at all thats not a problem for me, but definitely 'some people' are meant to be punished, HARD. thats why they're hated by so many people haha bye scammers.
Sir with all respect, the tower decided to close the top floor for the hot weather wave and we have nothing to do about this. We tried to explain this to you but you don't want to accept that it is not our decision. sorry about this closure but it's totally out of our hands. The hot weather wave affected many other tours and lot of customers tickets were cancelled by the tower during this exceptional hot weather wave. We will do our best to compensate you in a coming chance to serve you again.

This tour company ruined our Paris vacation. We specifically booked this VERY expensive experience so that we could guarantee admission to the Eiffel Tower on our very last day in Paris. We booked it, and paid for our taxi to get there and THERE WAS NO GUIDE TO BE FOUND. We called and messaged the phone number, and after waiting 30 minutes, the Company informed us that they "apologized" but the guide was A NO SHOW. We were unable to go up the Eiffel Tower as admissions were limited. Worse they "refunded us" but that hardly makes up for the time and money we spent getting there and back and our time standing around tracking them down.

Hit the ground running after landing in Paris. Met a lovely young lady who identified herself as our guide. We did not get to the top of the tower due to wind restrictions. It was OK. Her knowledge of the tower, history of Paris and dining suggestions were excellent. We moved around safely and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
