Your guide accompanied the entire group inside that restricted section. All other guests on your tour rated their experience 5 stars and made no mention of a missing guide or lack of access. Therefore, your claim that "we did not see one tour guide in the restricted area" is factually incorrect. 2. Regarding the "Trevi Foundation": There is no "Trevi Foundation" associated with this tour. If you are referring to the Vicus Caprarius underground archaeological site, we wish to clarify that this is a separate attraction and is not included in the package you booked. Your tour was strictly for the close-access ticketing area at the fountain itself, plus guided historical commentary—both of which were delivered. 3. Regarding the lack of information: While we acknowledge that guiding styles can vary and personal expectations differ, we note that the other families on your tour did not report any issues with the commentary.
