There’s so much to do and see at the Louvre, so to have a guide who knows the works and the way around was the way to go. Our guide, Leah, was funny, intelligent, and made the experience even better.
A tour guide is a MUST for Louvre visits. The place is huge and impossible to navigate unless you have a guide or a week to spend here. Our guide got us to the most important pieces seamlessly.
Dear Roxana, Thank you very much for your comment. We are pleased to hear that your visit to the Louvre was a positive experience and that our guide was able to smoothly lead you to the most important works. We hope to welcome you again on another visit. Kind regards, Extime Travel (formerly Paris City Vision)
Our guide was very passionate about the art he presented to us. He was easy to follow and find through a very busy museum. It was wonderful to get an in-depth look a a small part of this vast collection and he was clear about how we could experience more on our own. I didn’t like that he started 5 minutes late because some people were missing. The literature was very clear you needed to arrive 15-20 ahead to prevent delays. But he did extend the tour at the end, which was lovely. The group size was a little bigger than I would like and they didn’t have any hearing aid friendly headphones.
Dear Pam, Thank you very much for your comment. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that our guide was able to convey his passion for art while helping you discover part of the collection in a clear and enriching way. We apologize for the delay at the start of the tour and appreciate your feedback regarding this matter. We will take your suggestions into consideration as we continue working to improve the experience for our visitors. We hope to see you again soon. The guide had a strong accent and was extremely difficult to understand . We could have done it ourselves easier .
Dear Terry, Thank you for your comment. We are sorry that your experience with the guide did not meet your expectations. We take your comments very seriously, although we would like to point out that our guides are fully qualified and experienced in leading tours. That said, we understand that an accent can sometimes be challenging for some travelers, and we will take your feedback into account to continue improving our customers’ experience. Kind regards, Paris City Vision
Our guide was enthusiastic. It is a challenge to provide a guided tour. Kudos to the guide keeping our group together. His accent was thick and he wore a mask that made hearing everything clearly difficult. We wish there were better instructions on exiting. We along with 4 other people had a very hard time finding the exit. The map was very confusing.
Dear Mauree, Thank you very much for your message. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the visit and that you appreciate what it takes to provide guided tours. Nevertheless, we have highly skilled professionals capable of delivering high-quality experiences to our clients. We take note of your feedback for future improvements to our service. Regarding your comments about the exit signage and the map, unfortunately this is not under our responsibility, but that of the respective museums. We encourage you to contact them directly so you can share your feedback with them. We hope to see you again soon. Kind regards, Paris City Vision

Dear Tracey, Thank you very much for your kind comment! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour and the guide. We hope to see yo again soon. Kind regards, Paris City Vision
Francois was a great tour guide. He knew the history of the Louvre, as a historical site and as an art museum. He was very passionate about the collections and took time with each of the “must-see” pieces as well as the pieces which were less familiar. It was a great morning in the Louvre and we appreciated having a guide to navigate us through. Thank you!
Thank you for your wonderful review. We’re delighted you enjoyed your visit to the Louvre and that François’s passion and knowledge made the experience so enriching and enjoyable. Kind Regards,
Was wonderful to skip the line and Kamile did a wonderful job of navigating us through the crowds to see various works of art. She did a great job of explaining the significance of each piece. She has a true passion for art and has an affinity for people. The only let down was the strike which prevented us from seeing Napoleons apartments but that is not Kamiles fault. The Lourve should offer a free admission the following day to allow those people to see what they couldn’t because of the strike.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear Kamile made your visit so enjoyable with her passion for art and her ability to guide you through the crowds. We understand your disappointment about the strike and missing Napoleon’s apartments. Thanks again for sharing your experience. Kind regards,
