Outstanding tour of colosseum, palatine hill and Roman forum with Carlo Mosco thru Sun Tours. Exceptional insight into the history of these exceptional monuments
We had an outstanding experience on our Colosseum and Roman Forum tour today. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Roman history. She didn’t just recite facts—she brought the ancient city to life with fascinating stories and historical context that made us feel like we were walking through Rome 2,000 years ago. She answered every question with enthusiasm, kept the tour moving at a comfortable pace despite the summer heat, and pointed us to a wonderful local café afterward that we never would have found on our own. This was one of the highlights of our time in Rome. If you’re considering this tour, I highly recommend it—and if you’re lucky enough to get her as your guide, you’re in for a fantastic experience. Five stars!

What a fantastic tour and our guide Theresa was AMAZING! Our guida was a former professor and just took such care and time to discuss history with our 14 year old son with a passion for history. We learned so much about the Coliseum and the gardens, and ended with this amazing video in the train station showing the transformation of the area to what it is now.

First have to say amazing customer service. We went to the wrong location and ended up being a half hour late for our tour. They directed us through the whole trouble, were very calming, and helped facilitate us getting to have the tour. Tour guide moved at the perfect pace for our varied group of adults and teens with varied interests. She was great at letting our daughter take the selfies she wanted and provided excellent background and knowledge. A great experience from start to finish.

Guide spoke almost no English. Tour was only around 1 hour. No information given. Complete waste of money. Would have been better off walking through ourselves.
