The palace is majestic and fantastic, full of inhabitants with beautiful details and a lot of history. The walk through the gardens is relaxing and spectacular for taking beautiful photographs.
Really excellent tour. Excellent comms. Lena judged everything perfectly. She spoke excellent English and was clear and easy to understand. She wove the right amount of information and story into her commentary.
I was fortunate to be 1 of only 6 in our tour group. Our guide was delightful, extremely knowledgeable, and very comfortable in her guidance. I had an excellent experience, learned a lot of history, and saw amazing rooms and gardens. Worth learning the U bahn to get there and back!
We prefer a human guide over an audio guide. Lena explained the history of the palace and the Hapsburgs and answered our questions. We got to see some rooms and a section of the garden. We wished we could have seen more of the palace but parts were being renovated :(

Very nice visit to one of the beautiful castles in Europe that we visited, easy to get there with the Hop on-Hop off of the blue line that arrives directly at the meeting point.
