Ale was a wonderful person who guided and educated us on the history and current events in Vietri Sul Mare, she is friendly and thoughtful. We learned a lot and will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a guided tour in Vietri or Salerno.
Alessia is the best! This was a wonderful, super informative tour of Vietri Sul Mare and the historic of ceramic production there. She gives you an excellent orientation to the town, key landmarks, and the history while also introducing you to local makers and vendors. Highly recommend booking with Alessia!
Very different and interesting tour, enjoyed it very much. Our tour guide Aleesia was amazing. Highly recommend this tour
This was a wonderful leisurely walking tour. Alessia was so knowledgeable. She showed us a small ceramic shop and we met the artist. We also toured the bigger ceramic factory.
We had a great guided tour where we explained the stories of the city and the importance of different ceramics. To shoot it, she gave us the tips for my search for ceramic tiles. Of course, there was also limoncello tasting and recommendations for good restaurants. The tour is highly recommended!!!
Alessia was wonderful! She was very informative. We went to the ceramic factory and a local artisans shop. Ended with a sampling of limoncello or whichever liqueur you chose. Highly recommend!
Such a fun tour of this beautiful town! Highly recommend this if you happen to be in this part of Italy! Super informative and very well done. Enjoyed our afternoon learning about this area!
The last point of the famous Amalfi Coast. Beautiful city, with its walls decorated in ceramics , with tasteful details in all its corners (even the taps in the squares have ceramics )Very easy to get from Napoli Centrale, traveling to Salerno, and combining with a bus (very good frequency) As beautiful as its most famous neighbors of the Coast , beautiful views from different corners, and the enviable village and carefree rhythm of its people.
Alessia brings a vast knowledge of the local culture, customs, ceramics/art, religion, and food. Her joy for life and appreciation of the town make this a fantastic choice. We met local artists who paused their work to speak with us. We saw a beautiful theater where a local dog greeted us enthusiastically. We even tried our hand at performance art! We walked side streets and alleys and learned of the local parade custom where we saw a ceramic representation of the event. We got excellent food recommendations that allowed us to enjoy the local flavor after our tour ended. All in all this was our favorite town in Italy! Many thanks to Alessia for being so welcoming, joyful, knowledgeable, and connected to the town.
Allessia is a gem. She is educated friendly and kind. She knows her information about the town and many other areas around Salerno. She makes the tour fun and she's very professional. She took me to meet a local Ceramics maker who told me all about his work. She took me to a local shop where I was able to buy cute gifts. I believe the tour comes with a free drink. I did not take the drink because I didn't want to be tipsy in the middle of the day. So she brought me a bottle of water instead. She made accommodations for me and took me to see a particular site. She is the real deal. Just do it.
