Felt very betrayed. I purchased tickets expecting tour of Anne Frank house. It was not what I thought. A walking tour around and nearby. We refused to go and felt misled. My wife did not get to see the House and go inside. The guides apologized. Would like a refund.

Kiran was an awesome tour guide! We really enjoyed the depth of his knowledge and you could tell that sharing Anne Frank's story as well as the larger story of the Jewish people of Amsterdam really meant alot to him. We are confident that he will make an excellent high school history teacher.
