I booked with an audio guide in Spanish, and they gave me a sound player and told me to scan the QR codes with my phone that had Spanish audio installed at the Agora.
This was such an amazing experience. Our guide, Magda, was absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable. In my opinion, it is worth the money. The whole tour was about two hours in total and Magda very kindly stayed in the area for a while to talk to us and answer any questions.

This tour was an excellent way to visit the Acropolis. Having an expert guide made a huge difference, as the stories, historical context, and fascinating details brought the ancient monuments to life in a way that would have been impossible on our own. Entering early was a great advantage, allowing us to enjoy the site before it became too crowded. Seeing the Parthenon up close and learning about its history was truly unforgettable. The tour was well organized, easy to follow, and paced perfectly. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer questions throughout the experience. If you're visiting Athens for the first time, I highly recommend this tour. It provides a much deeper appreciation of the Acropolis and is a fantastic introduction to the history of ancient Greece.
He won't let me answer the answer you left me in my comment. So I write another comment to make the situation clear, since as I told you on the phone, I have a lot of free time, and I want to make it clear what kind of company you are. In your reply you allege that the sudden cancellation of the visit was due to an unforeseen operational problem affecting this departure... But the reality that I have in writing and that I leave here captured in a photo, is that you did not want to carry it out for lack of participants. This is something you cannot do and for what civitatis sanctioned you. It is true that you offered me another date, which I did not accept, but not because it did not fit my itinerary, far from it, if not because you did not want to pay or change the tickets that we already had purchased to access the Acropolis at the time and day that the visit that you canceled us was going to take place. For all these reasons I reiterate that you are an unrecommendable company. Since as a tourist, after having everything prepared, at any time you cancel the visits because you consider that you are not making enough money from the departure.
This company is absolutely not recommended. We booked a tour with them in Athens through Civitatis, and they cancelled it 24 hours before it was due to start. Each time they gave us a different reason, none of them valid. Civitatis penalized them for the cancellation, as they confirmed they couldn't do it. We booked in advance to have our trip to Athens well-organized, and we lost our visit to the Acropolis because of their lack of professionalism and reliability. I do not recommend booking with them!
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the disruption to your plans in Athens. Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen operational issue affecting that specific departure, we were unable to proceed with the tour as scheduled. As soon as this became clear, we contacted you to offer an alternative timeslot so you could still enjoy the experience, however we understand that this option did not fit your itinerary. We fully recognize how important it is for travelers to rely on confirmed bookings, especially when planning visits such as the Acropolis, and we sincerely regret the impact this situation had on your trip. Please rest assured that situations like this are rare, and we continuously work to ensure greater reliability and smoother communication. We appreciate your feedback and hope we may have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Kind regards, KeyTours team
