They ignored the “Limo bus” and “Small group” promise. The tour finished at 9PM(not 6hours). Unprofessional and dishonest. Do not book!

We had a really lovely visit to Ha Long Bay. The boat trip was well organized and ran smoothly, which made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. The cave we visited was absolutely amazing — truly the highlight of the day. Kayaking was fun as well, though it could use a bit more organization and a small touch-up in coordination. Still, it was a great experience overall. Our tour guide Turn was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the trip.
Tuan was an exceptional guide, great information and direction. He continuously ensured we were ok and made sure we got to our next destination on time. Cruise itself was fantastic and Halong Bay magical. Great day trip.

Fantastic day. Picked up around 8am and returned back to our hotel in Hanoi at 9pm. Very informative tour guide. The boat was excellent with air con and jacuzzi on the top deck. Perfect itinerary with three island stop offs that included kayaking, speedboat (extra charge) and hiking. Food and snacks were provided that were good quality.

This experience with the best guide I’ve ever had for any tour!! Robert Hung was just nice smiling every time and created a peaceful atmosphere I give him a 🫡! The food was very good. The vibes were amazing. I highly recommend.
