Il nostro preferito! È più di una giornata fuori... i suoi momenti magici! Il nostro tour del vino ci porterà attraverso le principali aree di produzione vinicola di Stellenbosch. Sperimenta la bellezza naturale cruda, le miscele squisite e la cucina premiata nelle tenute lungo questi percorsi. Questo sarà un tour di un'intera giornata dalle 09:30 alle 17:30. Trasporto, guida enogastronomica e 2 normali degustazioni e 1 abbinamento formaggio/cibo e vino inclusi. Il pranzo sarà per conto tuo. Il nostro percorso è flessibile (piccole proprietà tranquille durante il Covid-19) Adoriamo le boutique più piccole fuori dai sentieri battuti e cerchiamo di evitare la folla! Numero massimo di 8 ospiti con finestre ventilate aperte e degustazione all'aperto il più possibile durante il periodo del virus Covid-19. Si consiglia un tour privato per la completa sicurezza durante il virus

Itinerario
Architettura in stile olandese del capo, ottimi vini da gustare dal bianco, rosa e rosso, passeggiare per i giardini ed esplorare lo scenario della storia.
Degustazione di formaggi e vini. Questo è solo dai tour di lunedì - sabato. Formaggio alternativo sarà organizzato se sappiamo che questo è importante per i clienti. Questo non è in ogni tour ma se si adatta al percorso.
Pranzo sul bellissimo passo Helshoogte a Tokara Deli. Pranzo leggero per conto proprio. Prenoteremo il pranzo e lasceremo i clienti per 1 ora e 30 minuti a pranzo. Prenoteremo altrove se sono pieni / se non si adatta al percorso.
Termina la giornata camminando nei vigneti di Thelema nelle vicinanze, cammina attraverso le viti per scattare foto mozzafiato e per saperne di più dalla tua guida. Gusto ai vini di Thelema. In alternativa, Bartinney Cellar è una seconda opzione anche fuori dai sentieri battuti con viste incredibili. L'accoppiamento di fynbo e vino è possibile per conto proprio o fanno anche un gin fantastico
A volte finiamo in questa icona azienda vinicola. Uno dei più antichi nel vino Stellenbosch in stile architettura del Capo olandese e realizzato uno dei primi Pinotage in SA. Selezione di vini bianchi, rose e rossi. L'abbinamento con cioccolato e vino è disponibile per conto proprio per coloro che amano concludere la giornata con una nota dolce!

An interesting wine tour with very well selected wineries. Also the selected restaurant for lunch was very good. Also noteworthy is the guide Louis, who has wine knowledge and could give good additions to the wineries visited and the surrounding area of Stellenbosch. We definitely book again on our next visit to Cape Town through Camino Wine Tours.

It was a great experiance and Louis is a very good experianced wine guide. It was good organized. I made an individual tour and another with a family. We visited 3 wine farms and had tastings and on request also was possible to get food
My husband and I were on our honeymoon in South Africa from the US when we booked this tour in Stellenbosch. We had a day tour with Martin who was a joy. It was a great day at some unique wineries. Martin is clearly very knowledgeable! We would highly recommend to friends and family who visit!

Had a great day with Louis who was very informative not only about the vineyards and the various wines but he also acted as a tour guide giving us lots of information about Cape Town, Stellenbosch and the surrounding area. As it happed we were the only 2 on the tour so made it even more personalised. Would 100% recommend taking this tour. We visited 4 vineyards which were all very different and off the main tourist routes and we got to see all aspects of how wine is made and also picked grapes straight from the vine. Don’t hesitate book this trip.

We went out on the Stellenbosch wine tour with Louis and had a fantastic time. We were debating between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek but decided on Stellenbosch because the vast array of different wineries. Louis was able to personalise the tour based on our tastes (we were especially interested in tasting bubbles/MCC and reds). Probably the true highlight of this tour was Louis’ choice in wineries. He expertly avoids the commercial, touristy wineries and goes for more boutique style locations. Our absolute favourite was “Deux Freres”, a private winery where we had a private wine and cheese tasting. It felt really unique and special. Another added perk is Louis knows his stuff! We learnt more about wine from him as we did from the wineries. He is really well known around the region so was able to show us around the wineries, even in some places not open to the public. Overall, the day was a true highlight of our trip and would book again with Camino Tours in a heartbeat.

Had a terrific tour with Martin. He was extremely knowledgable about wine and provided a wonderful commentary of South Africa's history during the drive. Places visited were excellent and all the wineries provided an wide range of wines to taste (which were all really good!). Everybody we met at each winery was very friendly. After spending two weeks touring Africa in bumpy buses, dubious Ubers and uncomfortable taxis it was an absolute pleasure to tour the Stellenbosch wine region with Louis in his clean, comfortable and luxurious van. Each winery was different, from historic estates to modern wineries, gorgeous views, beautiful gardens and magnificent vistas. Louis went out of his way to source my favourite wine (Malbec), and accommodated our requests for coffee and a brief shopping stop in the lovely historic town of Stellenbosch. We had a fabulous day.

Had a lovely day with my friends on this wine tour. We had a really nice place were we went for lunch and did get a lot of information during the day about Different wines, Capetown, the historie, etc.

We booked both the wine tour and a "Peninsula" day tour in advance for our Cape Town trip in October 2018. The contact by email was great & totally uncomplicated. On site we were picked up by the hotel on time. The wine tour was incredibly good!! Relatively small wineries were visited & we received a lot of interesting information. You can enjoy the area & the wines & is safely driven. An all-round successful day! On the Peninsula day tour, we have individually responded to our wishes during the trip. If you (like us) only have a few days in Cape Town, you can visit the most important places in one day & be guided by someone who is local. However, the day is quite exhausting because you get so many impressions at once & sit in the car a lot. In the aftermath, I recommend planning more time in Cape Town so that I can spend a little more time in one place or another. However, if you want to see a lot in a short time, then I can only recommend this tour!
Dear Client. Thank you for reviewing your 2 tours with us. I agree the Peninsula tour is a long day of 200km drive to fit in all the Peninsula has to offer. We offer this tour as a private tour only, thus clients can take it at their own pace to see and do what they like fit for the day. Much better option than to book a group Peninsula tour with 10 other guests to jam in all in a day. Our tours are extremely flexible and most guests want to fit in as much possible in a day and that is what we try to offer so that guests get extremely good value for their money. We had an perfect wine tasting experience. We were picked up by Louis around 9:30. We especially picked Camino Tours cause of almost all the other winetour providers started picking up way earlier in the morning. On this day it was just us and Louis. So there were lots of possibilities to ask questions. Not only questions about wine. That was no problem for Louis and so we learned more about wines but also about other subjects concerning South-Africa. The wineries were beautiful and the atmosphere was very relaxed!
