Viaggio culinario di 3 ore attraverso la cucina tradizionale polacca, con degustazioni di 8 - 10 piatti diversi, tra cui piatti principali, dolci e bevande. Questo è più di un semplice tour gastronomico, è l’occasione per vedere la Polonia attraverso i miei occhi, come un locale che conosce le storie, la storia e i sapori che rendono questo paese notevole. Itinerario
Inizieremo il nostro tour con pierogi tradizionali fatti a mano in un bistrot a conduzione familiare, varietà salate e dolci.
Visiteremo il 2 ° posto - bar del latte di Varsavia, un luogo risalente all'epoca comunista, e proveremo una varietà di piatti fatti in casa.
Visiteremo la 3a tappa (un pub di artigianato cult con sapori locali unici).
Al 4° ristorante del dopoguerra gusteremo alcuni piatti tradizionali (una zuppa, piatto principale) e un bicchierino di vodka polacca.
E qui visiteremo la nostra 5a (e ultima) tappa. Una delle più antiche pasticcerie di Varsavia - risalente al 1869. Assaggeremo i tradizionali “paczki”.

This was the most incredible experience. Adrien was spectacular and ensured we tasted high quality, authentic Polish cuisine. He even made recommendations for places to enjoy in other cities that we will be visiting. I cannot recommend this food tour enough!

I could not rate this experience highly enough. But make sure your stomach is empty. We tried so many traditional polish foods made by family run establishments. Adrian was so knowledgeable. Booking it at the start of our time in Warsaw has given us confidence for the rest of our time in Poland.

Outstanding food tour. Exceptional local restaurants to taste a variety of cuisine Poland has to offer. The tour started with an appetizer, move onto lunch and ended with dinner with dessert. Definitely would recommend the tour with Adrian as a fantastic host.

Adrian is the MAN! Knowledge of Polish cuisine and choice selections on the tour were amazing! Please make sure you come hungry and I recommend not eating at all before the tour. And this is coming from a 6’5 350lb American! I also love that he is independent and that I’m supporting small business.

We had a fantastic food tour with Adrian. Even though it was our last day in Warsaw, we still learned many new and interesting things about the city. We visited five different locations and enjoyed delicious food along the way. Make sure you don't eat too much beforehand, because you'll definitely leave with a full stomach! Thank you, Adrian!

This was loved by my whole extended family, age 15 to 82. Adrian was so solicitous about making sure everybody was well taken care of in our large group of 9 including our vegetarians, our picky eaters, our allergic people, and our slow-moving elders. My god was it delicious and I haven’t been that full for a long time. I appreciated the wide range of food in addition to the best Perogi I’ve ever had in my Polish-American life. Adrian has magical powers with the restaurants he works with to get good tables and skip lines. He was also super helpful with off-the-wall questions like where to go dancing, where to go swimming, and what to get at a bakery. Everyone agreed Adrian has found his calling with this.
