Unisciti a noi per un tour gastronomico a piedi attraverso uno dei quartieri di Addis Abeba dove assaggeremo tutti i tipi di cibo famoso dell'Etiopia! Visiteremo tre ristoranti, una spremuta e una caffetteria dove assaggiare piatti vegetariani, carne di manzo e pesce fresco. Il tour inizia alle 7:00 e termina alle 20:00 circa.

Itinerario
Il tour inizia nel quartiere Atlas di Addis Abeba con un drink di benvenuto o un caffè. Da lì partiamo a piedi per un ristorante a conduzione familiare che serve i nostri piatti vegetariani preferiti nel paese. Mentre camminiamo nei quartieri, le nostre guide condivideranno molte informazioni su Addis Abeba e sulla storia e la cultura del paese. Successivamente visitiamo la casa di carne più famosa di Addis Abeba, seguita da un ristorante di pesce. Faremo rifornimento con un po 'di caffè e avremo un succo fresco per dessert! Ad ogni fermata proveremo birre provenienti da diverse parti del paese. Il tour termina intorno alle 20:00.

I went on the combined Addis overview tour and evening food tour. The first is a food. Ethiopian food is great but can be a little jarring in the beginning. Also, finding good eateries in the city can be a challenge.
ETT provided us with another fun adventure in Addis. Our guide Leul was fantastic. We started by going the fruit and vegetable market. The size and amount of chaotic activity is really something to be seen. Its every bit as amazing as the merkato. Next we went for breakfast. Leul took care of ordering. I highly recommend the mixed mango, pineapple and avacodo juice. Next it was off to make injera. The three of us on the tour failed miserably. It is much harder than it looks. Finally we headed to lunch and some wonderful shiro. The only draw back to this tour is you do spend a good amount of time in a vehicle due to the traffic in Addis, but you get to see day to day life first hand. A great experience.
