1. Food stop 1- Tagliatelle fatte a mano decorate con fiori commestibili. , Servito con radice di loto, fiori di banana, fagioli lunghi, sottaceti fermentati e leggermente speziati in stile cambogiano ed erbe fresche locali e peperoncino opzionale.
Food stop 2 vicino alla bellissima strada 60 del cibo locale Palace. - Frittella di riso ripiena di carne di maiale tritata, gamberi e germogli di soia. Servito con una deliziosa salsa di arachidi e una varietà di erbe e verdure fresche locali.
3. Sosta gastronomica 3- Torta fritta salata, influenza cinese ma tipicamente cambogiana. Torta a base di riso farcita con cipollotti, servita con salsa di arachidi dolci.
Food stop 4- Pesce fermentato cambogiano cotto su tagliere (Pro Hook Dot) piccolo pesce lungo otto millimetri pescato nel Tonle Sap e nel fiume Mekong, che è stato tritato e schiacciato per cucinarlo insieme a citronella, aglio e galanga. Servito con verdure e riso.
Fermata 5: Riso appiccicoso e cocktail. , -Prendi i dolci cambogiani dal mercato Vecchio. - Gustateli in un bar nelle vicinanze in una zona tranquilla e verdeggiante dove gusterete un cocktail rinfrescante.

We booked the tour a few days ago and it was the best experience we made with Yi! He knows what tourists like to eat and he's very kind and attentive. The food and spots were unique and we ended up in a pretty bar, trying tasteful local Gin. We had a perfect evening, highly recommended! Thank you much Yi!

This tour was beyond amazing. If you go to Siem Reap, I highly recommend this food tour to learn about the local culture through culinary cuisines. We went from restaurant to restaurant experiencing dishes we would have never discovered on our own, as well as learning the history about the classic popular dishes. The entire tour felt like we were eating with a long-time friend. Sharing stories over beer and delicious food. We ended the night in this beautiful traditional Cambodian-style home near Pub Street, but it was bar with tasty drinks and local spirits. If you are able to go with an open mind, this will be the best tour for you. Siem Reap is so much more than Angkor Wat.

Different styles of food type. From noodles, fish, doughnut balls, it was all flavourful and a good explanation given of different ingredients and methods used. Something that would be useful would be a takeaway note of each dish & the name of location in case anyone would like to revisit or recommend
