Accompanied by a guide, discover the different ways to enjoy an Apulian aperitif, all accompanied by high-quality products. During the tour, you will sample various versions of the aperitif: Apulian wine: this tour features a selection of the finest wines from Apulian wineries. Apulian cheeses: in a unique setting, you will taste the finest traditional cheeses and dairy products. Platter of cured meats and pickled vegetables: this stop offers a wide selection of cured meats, gourmet bruschetta and pickled vegetables, preserved in extra virgin olive oil.

Great tour, lasts about an hour and then you are delivered to a local cafe with delicious food and wine. It says that it's a "snack" but it's definitely a meal.
Lorenzo was very informative. The taste of Puglia afterwards was over the top delicious! Glad we took this tour.

We toured Alberobello with Lorenzo. It was just me and my husband. I am disabled and Lorenzo went above and beyond to accommodate our walk. We walked slow. He went to get the burrata and brought it to us. We had an amazing gelato. His explanations and information were very, very educated and complete. His English wad great. We had a completely wonderful time and thanks to his patience and kindness, we completed the entire tour. Thank you Lorenzo for a most interesting, accademic and fun experience!😘
