Questo tour è progettato in modo che i passeggeri possano avere un'ampia panoramica del cibo tradizionale latinoamericano con una selezione unica di piatti che li sorprenderanno. Assaggeremo diversi piatti: Empanadas, Tequeños, Succo Naturale, Arepas, Vermouth, Ceviche e Gelato. Ma non si tratta solo di cibo. Cammineremo per le bellissime strade del quartiere Palermo Soho, uno spazio molto vivace ed eclettico, con negozi di moda e design. Ci sono grandi opere di graffiti e arte urbana che vi sorprenderanno!

Visiteremo un’enoteca, dove proveremo la tradizionale empanada argentina, accompagnata da un bicchiere di vermouth rosso!
I tequeños (snack tradizionali venezuelani) sono piccoli bocconi ripieni di formaggio. Sono un buon spuntino per stuzzicare l'appetito. In questo stesso luogo proveremo un arepa (comune in diversi paesi, come Venezuela e Colombia)
La cucina peruviana è una delle più rinomate in America. Assaggeremo uno dei piatti più tradizionali: il Ceviche. Preparato con pesce fresco, cipolla, limone e altro ancora!
Proviamo un tipico frozen brasiliano, a cui si può aggiungere della frutta fresca

Deborah was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable about South American food but also about Buenos Aires in particular. She was a wonderful host. There was an incredible amount of food that was all very delicious.

I am Argentine and I decided to try a gastronomic experience in the Palermo neighborhood... I honestly did not expect it. Everything is spectacular, the guide Hernan is super informed and attentive, the places selected are very in line with Latin American gastronomy and most importantly, everything is very delicious. Super recommended!
