Itinerario
Pascoleremo a piedi attraverso i locali a conduzione familiare, i locali preferiti e i mercati secondari.

Wow! I cannot recommend this tour enough! Our guide, Sack, was so knowledgeable and told us so much about the history (and present) of Laos, and even shared his own personal stories of being a novice monk! The food was INCREDIBLE and the locations we were brought to were all really cool. Probably the most generous food tour I’ve been on (and I’ve been on many)! Full-sized portions at each place, and all delicious! It’s a long tour and definitely worth it! Thank you to Sack for the amazing tour!
We had a great time on this tour with Tune. He was very friendly and we loved the food we tried.
This was a great tour. Not only did we learn about food & got to try so many different varied foods, but out guide. Somsack was a delight. He gave us a lot of information about the culture, which we found very helpful. I really liked the I formTion about the lives of the monks. After visiting so many temples, it was great to have some first hand information about it. We got to meet a monk & get a blessing, which I found very moving. The guide told us about what was going to happen & if someone was not comfortable, no one felt obliged. (My husband didn’t & all was good) The most important part: the food we tasted was great. We were so full by the end that we couldn’t have another bite.

We had a wonderful food tour with Sack in Luang Prabang, evening tour. We tried a lot of new dishes and he gave excellent information and very interesting. You visit local restaurants and food stalls. The visit to the temple was a really nice addition. I recommend it 100%.
Toun was an excellent guide who delivered a great experience from start to finish. It wasn't just a tasting experience - it was a feast of TEN dishes, and all of them were delicious. We were especially happy that Toun brought us to places that we never would've thought to try and showed us how to eat some of the dishes that we otherwise wouldn't have known how to appreciate. The tour also included an insight into the history and culture of Laos, and Toun went the extra mile throughout to answer all of our questions (and our group had a lot of them!) To cap it all off, Toun also made sure that our Tuk Tuk dropped us off at our hotel, even though we were supposed to be dropped off at a central location, as per our original booking. Highly recommended!
Toun was a fantastic guide and we got to try some amazing food! A special mention to the grilled fish, sugarcane juice and the dessert! Definitely come hungry as you will get to try many different foods! We also got to learn about the history of Laos which was interesting!
Toun was a great guide who knew a lot about Luang Prabang but also about the history and culture of Laos. I was the only participant in the tour so we moved around on scooters. The dishes that Toun introduced me to were really delicious and the food was really a lot. The guide was incredibly caring and attentive. This is highly recommended if you are in Luang Prabang!
Mone is an awesome host of incredible local Lao cultural dishes. He is raised in small village with family and Lao culture in his heart! He is Very smart. Funny and with excellent English and we learned so much.
I had a fantastic experience on this food tour in Luang Prabang with Mone as my guide. I expected to try a few local dishes and walk around town, but it turned into much more than that. Over roughly four hours, we visited multiple places and tried an incredible variety of foods, many of which I would have never ordered on my own. Everything from traditional dishes to desserts and drinks gave me a much broader understanding of Lao food and daily life. What stood out most was how relaxed and personal the experience felt. Conversations came naturally, there was no pressure, and I never felt rushed. Mone shared local knowledge and helped make the experience feel genuine rather than scripted. The portions were generous, much more than I expected, so definitely come hungry. I left feeling like I had eaten several full meals. If you're visiting Luang Prabang and want to experience local food beyond what you’d pick for yourself, I highly recommend this tour. It ended up being one of the highlights of my time here.
