Questa chiesa dedicata alla Vergine Maria è uno dei pochi edifici sopravvissuti al famoso terremoto del 1755 e si affaccia sulla piazza Infante Dom Henrique, vicino al punto d'incontro.
Questa chiesa del 18 ° secolo è dedicata a Sant'Antonio, con una splendida intagliata in legno placcato oro è un magnifico esempio di architettura in stile barocco.
Questa piazza è famosa per la sua vecchia porta d'ingresso alla città costruita nel progetto del muro di espansione del XVI secolo attribuito a D.João III.

Great experience - good was outstanding. And great knowledge of Portuguese history. Would definitely recommend.
It was a lovely market visit, followed by a couple of restaurants. Well organised and Sophia gave great recommendations for local restaurants afterwards.
Sophia was a wonderful tour guide. Loved all three restaurants. Was a great opportunity to explore Lagos and enjoy traditional Portuguese food that we may have not had the opportunity to know about. It was nice to meet other travellers and to enjoy the experience in a small group setting.
Sophia was a knowledgeable and humorous guide who knows the area intimately. The variety of food options was impressive and the flavors excellent. We got a little history mixed in with the tasting options. Would definitely recommend this tour.
Sophia was wonderful and we especially loved the authentic horseshoe bar.
Sophia was the best. We got a mini tour of old town Lagos on top of a lot of food wine and beer. Also "fire water" (Portuguese moonshine) honey and much more. It was an experience we very much enjoyed and highly recommend to everyone.
Well worth the money. The morning tour took us through the market with tastings. We then went to two local authentic restaurants for more Portuguese tastings. We finished with a stop for sweets at one last restaurant. Sofia was an amazing host and tour guide.
Our tour guide, Esther took us to 3 different restaurants to try local cuisine. She introduced to us to dishes that we would not have picked. They were delicious. Thank you!
Sophia is incredible! She took us to my new favorite restaurant in Lagos. It was all local and authentic Portuguese. It felt a little expensive, but the people made it worth it!!
