Il nostro tour gastronomico serale invita gli ospiti a un'esperienza culinaria intorno ad Hanoi. Prima di iniziare, il nostro tour riflette la cucina locale, e le limitazioni dei venditori di cibo ambulante significa che purtroppo non possiamo soddisfare ogni restrizione dietetica. Al crepuscolo, le strade di Hanoi si animano con il tintinnio delle padelle e l'aumento del vapore mentre gustose bolle di cibo e bolle nella potenza culinaria del Vietnam del Nord. Lanciare la forchetta sopra l'insalata di papaya nom bò tritata con manzo, servita accanto a gnocchi di tapioca traslucidi.
Il tutto prima di un tradizionale bia hoi joint che esiste da decenni. Birra prodotta localmente tintinna sopra la gloria del mattino agliosa e tofu condito con olio di scalogno. We did the afternoon tour in Hanoi and got to taste 15 different types of food. We really enjoyed the tour with Tom as our guide!!
Had a great experience going to so many awesome restaurants. Our Tour guide Tom was great and the food and drinks were varied and delicious.

We had an incredible experience on this tour with our guide, Stella! If you're looking for an authentic local food experience and want to discover places you would never find on your own, this tour is an absolute must. I appreciated that in addition to very local spots, we also visited some more well-known places that I had hoped to try during our visit to Hanoi (which also allowed us to skip the usually long lines which was great!). One of the highlights was enjoying an amazing bowl of pho in someone's home. Every dish we tried was outstanding, and our only disappointment was that we simply got too full to eat everything! The pace of the tour is perfect, but you'll find it difficult to leave food on your plate because it's all so delicious. We've done eight food tours with Chef's Tour across Asia and Africa, and they've never disappointed us. In fact, if Chef's Tour is available in a destination we're visiting, it's the only company we'll book with. They consistently deliver authentic experiences, incredible food, and exceptional guides. I can't recommend this tour highly enough!
The tour was epic and our tour guide Tom was amazing. Great value for money with so many tastings with large portions. Believe the reviews and warnings, COME HUNGRY! So you can enjoy all the amazing food. Our guide shared heaps of knowledge on the foods and a good balance with Hanoi history. A great thing to do when you get into Hanoi

Tung is the best tour guide! We had an amazing time and it was very efficiently run and the food stops were fantastic. All the food was great! And tung gave great background on the dishes and history on the city! Would definitely go again and we’re going back to the bun cha shop they took us to tomorrow!

Our guide Tung/Tom was wonderful! He was knowledgeable about all the places and shared a little history of each and how it the dishes were also developed over time and through some generations. We had some unexpected weather, but he was also great about accomodating that as well!
Very good trip, was guided by Tom around the city from one delicious location to the next. Highly recommend, it was my first time in hanoi so i didnt have alot of experience with vietnamiese food before, doing the trip i got a crash course in all the deliciois food Vietnam offer.
