Questa escursione gastronomica di 3 ore a Nauplia ti porta in negozi di alimentari accuratamente selezionati, dove potrai assaggiare alcuni dei migliori formaggi, vini, caffè e gelati disponibili in città. Allo stesso tempo visitiamo i monumenti più famosi della città, come la Chiesa Cattolica, la piazza di San Spiridione, la piazza di San Giorgio e la Città Vecchia che ci introducono alla lunga e meravigliosa storia della città.

Itinerario
Ti veniamo a prendere dal nostro punto d'incontro e iniziamo la nostra escursione con un tour nei pittoreschi vicoli di Nafplio con le sue dimore neoclassiche e i balconi veneziani.
La nostra prima tappa di degustazione è un negozio di alimentari tradizionale dove assaggiamo varietà locali di formaggio e salsiccia e apprendiamo i loro piccoli segreti di produzione dal droghiere.
Poi ci dirigiamo verso Piazza Syntagma, il cuore della città. Impariamo di più su questa piazza storica e sugli edifici circostanti.
Continuando il nostro tour attraversiamo il quartiere di "Yialos" e degustiamo varietà locali di vini in una cantina-enoteca, mentre il proprietario ci racconta l'arte della vinificazione locale.
La nostra escursione culinaria termina in un'autentica gelateria tradizionale. Avendo il nostro gelato a portata di mano, camminiamo fino alla spiaggia di Nafplio per ammirare la fortezza veneziana di Mpourtzi e per conoscere meglio la sua esistenza storica nel corso dei secoli.

Guide Sofia was a wonder ambassador for her city. We had plenty of delicious food and lots of laughs. We needed a tour modification because of our cruise departure time and this company was extremely accommodating and helpful.

This was a fantastic tour, Sophia, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and she checked in with us that we understood and if we were all ok etc. As we explored the streets of Nafplio Sophia told us all about the local landmarks and history of the town. We visited a third generational family of cheese makers and tasted the cheeses of the region. We continued on to a master of wine and sampled many local wines, finally finishing at a local Greek restaurant. The food and whole experience was fantastic. We have two children who can be fussy with food but they had a great time on this tour! Would highly recommend it to everyone.
