L'Antelope Canyon X, situato a sud-est del Lower Antelope Canyon vicino alla città porta di Page, in Arizona, prende il nome dalla X scolpita nell'arenaria Navajo creata da milioni di anni di pioggia e vento. Questa parte del canyon è cesellata da milioni di anni di erosione alluvionale e venti di forte impatto sulla sua arenaria, abbastanza da scolpire l'iconica forma a "X" che giustamente ha chiamato il canyon. Il tour escursionistico di 1,5 ore dell'Antelope Canyon X inizia presso la riserva della Navajo Nation. Dopo il parcheggio e il pagamento, vieni trasportato in un veicolo di trasporto 4×4 a 3 miglia fino alla foce dell'Antelope Canyon X, dove poi fai un'escursione di 100 metri nell'Antelope Canyon X. In fondo, le guide turistiche ti assistono durante un tour del primo canyon della fessura. Beware buying merchandise at Canyon X. They gave me the wrong item, later I called for return address, sent it back, disputed the credit card charge, they had the charge reinstated! Now I’m out T-shirt and $35. Beware!

Booked Antelope Canyon X tour a day before. Few hours before the tour operator canceled for no reason. Now we are stuck without the tour as it is sold out. Avoid, dishonest operator.

This tour was a highlight of our vacation. So very glad we visited here. Pictures we took were stunning. There are a number of steps down to the actual canyon that must be navigated back to the top. But this stop was so very worth it!
A great experience with some beautiful spots for photography. Our guide was also full of stories about the area. A really worthwhile visit.
