Everything was amazing, Stefan our guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable about the food, history of the location, and people of the area. The group was very small so we were all able to cut up and get to know one another. If you are considering this tour, I would highly recommend it, the food will change your life.

The tour was fantastic. Stefan was an excellent tour guide. We went to two different restaurants and a brewery At the end we had dessert. The tour was organized very nicely. Stefan is very knowledgeable about the restaurants in the areas we went to. He is also an expert on the different drinks that we had. He knew the history of the area we toured. If I had an questions or concerns, he answered all my questions with great efficiency. I would definitely take a tour with this company again. Not only did I learn about the restaurants but the history of the area as well.

Stefan our tour guide is a living walking book of knowledge and so entertaining! The food choices was superb paired with a few drinks. The guy knows everybody and felt like a long lost friend showing you around his community. I would do another tour next time in San Diego!

The East Side tour was a fun, memorable evening. The food & drinks we sampled were delicious and well-chosen, like the drunken noodles from Sovereign Thai and the mezcal margarita from Casa Octavio. I especially appreciated Stefan’s insight about the local community and hearing the stories behind the restaurants we visited. Stefan is a friendly, engaging & knowledgeable guide. I’d book another tour with this company and hope to do so in the future.

Stefan was great and each place we went to offered fantastic food. Beware these are not tapas bites, but a regular serving. You will be full. Definitely something you must do if in San Diego.

What an awesome tour! We went last night and we were blown away by all the food, drinks, fun places and great company! Stefan is the best guide you can find and he's so fun and personable, and you can tell he truly loves what he does. You will get to try some amazing food and there is plenty of it! And a bunch of great beer and cocktails too. I take a lot of tours and I would HIGHLY recommend this one. Can't wait to try the Barrio Logan tour next.
