Very friendly nice people. The facilities were clean and well kept. The flight was a little disappointing but that was due to the weather so not their fault
Wonderful experience! Our pilot, Matt, was fabulous. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and we felt very safe while flying. Our 9 year old daughter said it was awesome and the best bday present. We would fly with him and this company again.
The view of San Francisco is splendid from the sky worth a visit The team and the driver (Sébastien) are friendly and welcoming.
The views from the top were awesome and the time just literally 'flew' by. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. This tour takes off from Hayward which is super convenient for all east bay folks and their operations are run super smooth. Everything was on time and went off without a hitch.

I feel like it was false advertisement, on the website it’s a helicopter ride, but when you get to the place it’s an old tiny plane. Also I found it funny how they slap a Tip sign at the end of the flight for you to tip, if i want to tip I’ll do it on my own.

I would advice to you and to future tour travelers to read the title of service before booking your flight. As far as tips, yes, since our pilots are providing their services, travelers often want to leave a tip. My husband wants to take a flight aviation class yo learn how to fly. He is rethinking that dream of his because of this experience. We hit a rough patch of turbulence and it felt like that aircraft was going down. But Matt assured us the winds throws the smaller aircraft’s around. Not to mention the plane appeared to be vintage. Maybe the word is classic for this type of excursion. The inside of my old Fiat is larger than this aircraft. My Husband and I paid $588 for this tour and as we drove home to Fresno we were ultimately disappointed. It wasn’t worth $100 total to fly in that aircraft. The pilot Matt was cool and the hayward Flight Aviation area was cool.
Hi, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Turbulence, which causes planes to suddenly jolt while in flight, is considered a fairly normal occurrence and nothing to fear. The movement is caused by "atmospheric pressure. The most important thing to know is that turbulence isn't dangerous. It might be a bit uncomfortable, but planes are built to handle the worst. Even in the most severe turbulence, your plane isn't moving nearly as much as you think. Thank you again for flying with us.
Matthew our pilot was really nice. The flight was amazing and he pointed out all the landmarks. He was very knowledgeable.
