Tour di un'intera giornata della Città Vecchia con pranzo e Palazzo Topkapi

Tour operator did not show up, did not send me a message or return my messages. Very unprofessional and disrespectful!!!! Viator should take Florence off their list of tour operators. Now dealing with Viator to get my refund!!!! Which should be more than just the tour cost considering the stress and extra time spent to make other arrangements.

This tour, by far, exceeded our expectations. In the first place, this ended up as a private tour! We were picked up from the cruise port and taken to the old town, where we started at the Hagia Sofia, followed by the Blue Mosque a visit to the cistern underneath a carpet store, followed by a carpet making demonstration, then the Grand Bazaar. We then had a fabulous 3 course lunch, then the final stop was the Topkapi Palace. Our guide, Faith, then made sure we were on the right tram to return to the port. An excellent day!!

Our full-day tour was unique. Fatih, our guide, was an inexhaustible source of knowledge, insight and passion for Istanbul’s rich cultural heritage. What really made the experience good was Fatih’s ability to balance his knowledge with a relaxed and flexible approach. We were told about the history of the world and were invited to vary the content of the day according to our own interests, making the experience both personal and educational. The breakfast included in the trip was simple but satisfying. It was served on a charming rooftop terrace with good views of the city. We have traveled a lot and have been on many guided tours around the world – and yet this one stands as one of the best. His professional depth and good mood made the day much better than expected. Thanks for an experience where the content far exceeded the price. Definitely a highlight on our trip to Istanbul.

Very knowledgeable guide. Learned a lot. Accommodating. Our guide met us on time at Hagia Sophia, and walked us through the Old City. He was patient with all of our questions. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour was great , the guide Fatih was so lovely and explained everything well. I reccomend the great tour and ıt was organized well Thanks

We had done a group tour with Fatih last year on vacation here and it was a top notch experienced. My lady was recovering from surgery and we couldn't quite finish it. So we decided to contact him again and had a private tour this time with Fatih. I cannot express enough how fantastic and knowledgeable he is. So personable and fun as well. Simply amazing. Both experiences were exemplary. We are so happy to have booked the private tour second, as he tailored it to introduce us to new experiences. And we had his knowledge and experience all day! He is a lot of fun. By all means book a tour with him. I would highly suggest both options and we are so happy with our experience.

I had a good experience. The Fatih guide is extremely attentive and kind. We faced an atypical day of a lot of queues, but the script was adapted and fulfilled the desired.

We would like to sincerely thank our amazing guide, Fatih, for an unforgettable day at Topkapi Palace! He was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly, humorous, and caring. By sharing fascinating stories and historical facts, he made every moment truly engaging. We spent the whole day with him, but time flew by—thanks to his storytelling skills and ability to keep us captivated. If you’re looking for a guide who combines professionalism, warmth, and deep historical insight, Fatih is the perfect choice! Thank you once again for this wonderful experience!

We had an incredible experience exploring Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque with our quide Fatih. His deep knowledge made every moment fascinating and he shared fun and interesting facts. Not only was the tour highly informative, but it was also entertaining. Our guide had a great sense of humor and made sure we were captivated by the stories. If you are looking for a guide who is knowledgeable, passionate and makes history exciting we highly recommend him. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip!

I was in March in this fabulous city and I was lucky enough to have chosen this agency and as a guide Fatih! It was a fantastic tour, punctuality, professionalism and organization throughout! Fatih is very prepared and patient, we had lunch in a typical restaurant and ate well! 100% recommend this tour and this agency and Fatih as a guide who then accompanied us on the tour in Kapadoccia which was beautiful, we visited enchanting places!
