La giornata inizierà con una raccolta anticipata, subito dopo la colazione, così potrai avere la giusta energia per il fantastico giorno che ti aspetta! Guideremo per circa 20 minuti verso il bellissimo fiume di Penas Blancas, vicino a La Fortuna, dove inizierà il nostro viaggio ... Una volta al fiume, dopo le chiacchiere della guida e i giubbotti di salvataggio e gli elmetti sono su di te, sarai seduto su una zattera che può ospitare 5-6 persone e la tua guida assegnata, questa sarà una corsa pacifica che scorre lungo il fiume, lentamente trascurare e sperimentare cosa si prova ad essere nel bel mezzo della foresta pluviale. Presta attenzione ai suoni e ai favolosi animali che la guida ti indicherà per vedere, tra gli altri, scimmie, bradipi, iguane, tucani, uccelli e molto altro! Uno spuntino rinfrescante con succhi e frutta tropicale sarà fornito nel mezzo del fiume in una bella chiara, non può essere più naturale di questo!
Questa è un'opportunità da non perdere, quando visiti l'area di Arenal devi visitare la cascata di La Fortuna! Questa eccezionale caduta naturale è ciò che devi fare per poter dire di aver provato la foresta pluviale del Costa Rica! Una volta al parco, ci sono le strutture principali in modo da poter indossare il costume da bagno e iniziare con i 500 gradini scendere per circa 20 minuti. Prenditi il tuo tempo, respira l'aria fresca e goditi i panorami di questo incredibile canyon, fai attenzione agli uccelli vicino a te e alla ricerca di piccoli animali da vedere! In fondo ti troverai davanti alla magnifica cascata naturale che si trova proprio di fronte a te ... cosa stai aspettando? Salta in acqua e nuota! Andare a esplorare i dintorni, scattare foto e rilassarsi! Quando è il momento di andare a prepararsi per tornare indietro per circa 25 minuti, cambiare i vestiti e dopo un breve viaggio il pranzo più delizioso ti aspetta!
È una giornata fantastica finora ed è ora di un pranzo meritevole! La Familia Rodriguez ti aspetterà con un pasto tradizionale cucinato in casa e bevande rinfrescanti servite in un bel ranch di famiglia proprio accanto al fiume! Sapore ogni piatto, prometto che questo sarà il pasto più delizioso e tipico che avrai! Conosci la famiglia locale, condividi con loro alcuni bei momenti e gusta un caffè incredibile prima di prepararti per l'ultima parte della giornata, l'escursione sul vulcano!
Il vulcano Arenal è la caratteristica principale di questa destinazione unica e fare un'escursione intorno è un'esperienza fantastica! Inizierai con un'escursione attraverso la foresta pluviale che si è formata attorno alla base del vulcano e continuerai a passare attraverso le diverse aree man mano che ti avvicini fino a raggiungere i vecchi sentieri di lava. Non è un'escursione faticosa, sarà un ritmo lento per poter vedere tanta fauna selvatica e apprenderne il più possibile, ma non solo, prenditi un po 'di tempo per trascurare le fantastiche viste che ti offre essendo lì, il lago, le foreste, il tramonto ... sarà un'esperienza straordinaria!

This was a great day around our all exploring many of the new features. Pepe was wonderful. He was kind and engaged with my two daughters (nine and 11) the day is long if you do all three options but a good way to fit in as much as possible please note that we actually did the hike first which was good because it was cool in the morning and the float last
We did a 3 part tour. Volcano hike, waterfall, river rafting. Our guide Pepe and our driver Joel were amazing. Joel made us feel Safe in the van and kept it very clean. Pepe was full of information on the wildlife and ecosystem. He was very patient and engaging with our kids. (4yr & 7yr. ) we saw to many species of animals, birds and reptiles to list. The lunch at a Private restaurant was one of the best meals we had all week. I would recommend this trip to anyone travaling La Fortuna.
Diverse day shared in a small interchanging group with comfy transportation and great guide. Lovely start on the river seeing plenty of wildlife made all the more special when stopped with a group of howler monkies joining us up in the trees. The waterfall is busy with 500+ stairs down (and then up) to reach it, worth the effort with plenty of rest points if needed - prepare for COLD water ;-) Lastly, the hiike in Arenal - with a welcome from a local sloth at the base and fairly easy hike up to the end of the trail with its stunning views. Great day, with great guide throughout
Isaac our tour guide was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable and clearly passionate about all that nature has to offer in this beautiful setting. The crew was on time, very attentive to every detail to make our day memorable. We also had lunch included and the Casado was excellent. We highly recommend Rainforest Explorer!!
What a wonderful excursion! Our guide, Tony, and driver, Jaime, were both terrific. We were able to see quite a bit of wildlife which was exciting. Our food stops were delicious and relaxing. The river safari, waterfall visit, and hike were great. Our guides were so prepared and knowledgeable. I was impressed at their thoughtfulness in supplying hiking sticks and stopping to bring out a spotting scope so we could see mother and baby sloths in a tree. Wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

Minor, our driver was also great, as he protected our personal belongings while we were on our various excursions! Highly recommend this tour if you are in the area!
Spectacular!! Jesus Peter made us live the experience of visiting, the Church of San Mateo, the Hermitage of Peace and the Convent of the Jeromes in Cáceres in an exceptional way, transmitting information and knowledge about each of the places , but living and feeling what he said. We had an absolutely wonderful day with our tour guide, Francisco, and our driver, Jamie. I'd highly recommend this tour and company. The lunch was the best meal I think we had our entire trip to CR. Francisco was a very knowledgable, friendly, and well spoken guide to take us through all of our adventures. Our kids keep saying they will miss him. Thanks for a memorable day!
We had Francisco as our guide for the volcano hike, safari float trip and La Fortuna waterfall. He provided a great experience! He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife. We saw monkeys, alligator and lots of beautiful birds. We really enjoyed the traditional Costa Rican lunch as well!
