Prima di tornare a Nizza, fai un giro panoramico nel pittoresco villaggio del XII secolo di Dolceacqua, dove avrai tempo per esplorare le pittoresche strade, le gallerie d'arte, i negozi di souvenir e il Castello al tuo ritmo (con tempo libero per il pranzo). Una volta arrivato, vivi il trambusto degli affascinanti mercati italiani. Puoi visitare la città di Sanremo (martedì e sabato) ed esplorare il tipico mercato all'aperto sul lungomare. Goditi il tempo libero per scoprire le colorate bancarelle del mercato che offrono una varietà di prodotti italiani, tra cui formaggio, prodotti freschi, pelletteria e vestiti autentici. San Remo si affaccia sul Mar Ligure ed è apprezzata per il suo clima mite. Questi sono anche i russi che nell'Ottocento scelsero questa meta per il clima. La nobiltà russa rimase e l'imperatrice d'Austria conosciuta come Sissi. We had the extreme pleasure of having Nicolas Remires as our tour guide to Italy and the Cote d Azur. He was so knowledgeable, a GREAT driver, caring of his customers, adaptable and just the best. We were so lucky. The tour itself was spectacular. Thank you again Nicolas. Most highly recommended.
The medieval village is impressive as is the “Ponte Vecjhio”.The market at Sanremo, however., is disappointing..Rather dirty and filled with China knock offs. Our driver, Mack, did not go out of his way to point out ponts of interest and focused on chatting and in French with a Bretton couple to rest of English and German speakers..

I took the tour with Nicolas and he was an amazing driver/guide. We had both french and english speakers on the tour and Nicolas managed to divide attention equally to the 2 groups. He explained all instructions in both languages and translated any of the stories shared by group members. We went to the San Remo market and it was great. We also had time to ourselves in the city and I loved it. I absolutely recommend Nicolas and the Italian markets tour even for solo travelers like myself.
