Tour di un'intera giornata a Tolantongo da San Miguel Allende

La giornata inizia con una ricca colazione a buffet per preparare l'energia necessaria per le attività della giornata. Successivamente ci saranno attività acquatiche tutto il giorno. Iniziamo il tour con le piscine calde che sono state incise sul fianco della montagna, per poi proseguire fino al fiume termale turchese per un pranzo rilassante lungo le sue sponde. Dopo pranzo, ci tufferemo nelle calde acque del fiume prima di passare alle gloriose cascate e grotte. Prima di entrare nelle grotte, ammireremo la vista delle cascate che custodiscono le grotte naturali che esploreremo. Nelle grotte utilizzeremo le nostre lampade per camminare attraverso le calde acque che fuoriescono dall'interno, esploreremo le cascate interne e osserveremo il punto di origine delle acque che danno il nome a Tolantongo. Tolantongo, che significa "luogo di acqua calda e corrente", ti offrirà un'esperienza in Messico diversa da qualsiasi altra. (L'esplorazione del fiume e delle grotte dipende dal bel tempo nei giorni precedenti per consentire un'esperienza ottimale).

Itinerario
Alla partenza andremo a Tequisquiapan (90 minuti). Opzioni vegetariane con opzioni vegane limitate. La colazione la offriamo noi. Dopo la colazione (40 minuti), ci trasferiremo a Tolantongo (120 minuti).
Pool Tranquility (2 ore): inizia la tua esperienza rilassandoti un po' nei “pocitos”; Piscine termali naturalmente calde che offrono viste sorprendenti che calmano e purificano il corpo e la mente, perfette per "il grammo". C'è un'opzione di teleferica per passare al fiume, non inclusa (250 pesos messicani). Pranzo (30 minuti): picnic al tavolo in riva al fiume (tempo permettendo). Prenota il pranzo dal ristorante locale e organizza un allestimento in riva al fiume. Il pranzo NON è incluso nel prezzo. Rilassamento sul fiume (2 ore): Successivamente, il fiume color turchese è ben gestito ed è naturalmente caldo grazie alle sorgenti termali, un'esperienza di completo relax. Esplorazione delle caverne (60 minuti): vedrai cascate maestose e avventure inaspettate che i nostri ospiti hanno descritto come "che cambiano la vita". Le nostre guide ti porteranno ad esplorare le caverne e i tunnel situati qui. Goditi le cascate d'acqua che ricoprono le grotte e fai una nuotata nella piscina calda all'interno della montagna. Partiremo entro le 17:30.
Viaggio sulla strada per Huichapan (90 minuti). Sosta di stretching: bagno e pausa di stretching. Continua con l'autista fino a San Miguel de Allende (120 minuti)

We had a wonderful time. We were so surprised by the grandeur of the river valley and the experience of exploring and swimming in the caves. The mountain side pools were relaxing and gorgeous. A must do experience!
If at all possible, request Diego when you book this excursion. He was right on time, very friendly and quite willing to share his knowledge of the surrounding area and culture. He explained everything we would experience and was there to lend a hand where necessary. Make sure you stand under the falls in the cave for a natural massage.
Grutas Tolantongo itself is a breathtaking destination with stunning turquoise waters, relaxing thermal pools, caves, and beautiful mountain views. Diego helped us make the most of our time there and provided a great tour with wonderful conversation. He made the long drive enjoyable, shared interesting information along the way, and ensured everyone felt comfortable and safe. Every moment was absolutely magical. Highly recommend - you will enjoy every moment!

Thank you for allowing me to join the existing tour at the last minute, and to the family that agreed to have me on their tour. It was excellent to see Tolantongo before the Easter crush. An easy and enjoyable full day excursion from San Miguel de Allende with door-to-door transport. Diego was the guide, and he demonstrated excellent driving skills, smiling connection with all the local providers, knowledgeable information, and smooth provision of all the things - snacks/drinks/chairs/backpacks/timing … all the things seen and unseen that make a tour enjoyable and relaxed because someone is working hard behind the scenes. This is a very professional tour experience, but one that feels personal and bespoke. I enjoyed all elements of the destination, and although heavily touristed (for obvious reasons because it is so good!!) the natural beauty and existence of really hot thermal springs was so good to visit. The full moon following us home topped off the perfect day.
This was an awesome trip! 3 kids (8,6 and 4) and one senior citizen were also in our group and they all had a blast. The variety of things to do there was an awesome surprise and our tour guides literally thought of everything- from blankets for the van ride, to a beautiful riverside picnic at the end of the day, and headlamps etc.
This was a wonderful experience! Our tour guide was very friendly and we never felt rushed. I will be returning!
4 of us took the tour from San Miguel to Tolantongo at the end of January 2926z Christian was our driver and tour guide. From the minute he picked us up, we had a wonderful time. He was kind, informative, patient and his English was very good. It was worth the money and the time. The pools, caves and river were so beautiful. They looked like they’d been photoshopped. Thank you Christian for making our day and happy memories.
