Verremo a prendervi dal vostro hotel a Cusco alle 6:30 e vi porteremo con il nostro trasporto privato a Ollantaytambo, un viaggio di circa due ore.
All'arrivo a Ollantaytambo, andremo alla stazione ferroviaria per salire sul treno per Aguas Calientes, la città da cui si accede a Machu Picchu. Il viaggio in treno da Ollantaytambo ad Aguas Calientes dura circa un'ora e mezza.
All'arrivo ad Aguas Calientes alle ore 10.00 circa, la nostra Guida accreditata vi condurrà alla stazione degli autobus, dove salirete a bordo dell'autobus per la cittadella di Machu Picchu. Il viaggio in autobus dura circa trenta minuti, e si arriva all'ingresso di Machu Picchu verso le 11 : 00 del mattino.
All'arrivo a Machu Picchu passerai un controllo quindi ti consigliamo di portare con te il passaporto originale. Dopo aver superato il controllo, la nostra guida accreditata ti accompagnerà in un tour della cittadella di Machu Picchu. Visiterai la zona agricola dove potrai vedere i terrazzamenti agricoli o Andenes, strutture costituite da muri in pietra di diverse dimensioni. Nell'area urbana visiterai i settori di Hurin o Spazio Sacro e Hanan o Spazio Residenziale. Nel Settore Sacro spiccano il Gruppo della Copertura, il Tempio del Sole, il Mausoleo Reale, la Residenza Reale, il Tempio delle Tre Finestre, il Tempio Principale e il gruppo Intihuatana, che occupa il posto più alto nello Spazio Sacro. Nel settore residenziale vedrai vari gruppi, come il settore Condor, Los Espejos de Agua (Los Morteros), Las Tres Portadas, Grupo Alto e Roca Sagrada. Dopo aver visitato tutti questi luoghi, riprenderai l'autobus per tornare ad Aguas Calientes. Il viaggio dura circa trenta minuti.
Arriverete ad Aguas Calientes verso le 13:00 e avrete tempo libero per pranzare, rilassarvi nelle terme o esplorare la città. Avrai approssimativamente tre ore di tempo libero. Dopodiché, tornerete alla stazione ferroviaria per salire sul treno delle 18:20.
Dopo un viaggio in treno di circa un'ora e mezza, arriverete a Ollantaytambo intorno alle 20: 00.
All'arrivo a Ollantaytambo, il nostro trasporto privato vi aspetterà per riportarvi a Cusco, dove arriverete alle 21:30 circa.

A unique experience thanks to viajes speedy. Perfect organization of hotel pick-up at the bus and incarail train. A special thank you to Willian, our guide of this day who for two hours explained us a lot about the history of the site, the flora and fauna as well as some initiatives to help us take souvenir shots. We booked this trip at least 6 months in advance to ensure we secured a spot. The trip was well organised and the tour company stayed in touch with us from the point of booking all the way through to the end of the trip. The transport was also well organised, with a 3am taxi pick up from our hotel in Cusco to take us to Cusco station to get the bus to Ollantaytambo train station. This took about 2.5h before we boarded the train to Machu Picchu Pueblos station (Aguas Calientes) which took another 1.5h. Here we met the tour guide (Anthony) who accompanied us to the site on the 25m bus ride. All tickets were sorted in advance and provided electronically on WhatsApp. The tour of Machu Picchu (MP) took approximately 2h with Anthony taking us to all the key points on Circuit 2. This is the best circuit of the 3 available but we did not have the choice when booking so it turned out just fine. Anthony was well informed and provided a great insight into the history of the citadel and also was at hand to take the many many photos we wanted. The return journey took a lot longer and with a tight connection at Ollytantambo back to Cusco, we were worried about missing the bus however, it is clear that PeruRail own the trips and the bus waited until all passengers from the delayed train from MP arrived. A taxi was waiting for us at Cusco to take us back to the hotel, all included in the booking. A fabulous day for us and a bucket list item well and truly ticked. Thank you to Anthony and the tour company for making this a seamless tour and one for us to remember for a long time!

a shame, we paid for the excursion that promised us a refund, we finally cancelled, they ignored our messages and calls and never refunded us À FUÏRE!!!
agradecemos su comentario, pero estamos aqui para aclarar las cosas, desafortunadamente el viaje para machupicchu se planifica con mucho tiempo de anticipacion y para ello se debe comprar los boletos de ingreso a machupicchu , ticket de tren , ticket de bus y toda la logistica se hace con anticipacion y por esos motivos el pago es no reembolsable ya que la compañia de tren y los ingresos a machupicchu son no reembolsable entonces es facil de entender por que motivos es no reembolsable y lamentamos que no haya podido de llegar a hacer el tour por motivos personales que no pudo llegar y en consecuencia no hacer el tour. si yo hiciera el reembolso a mi quien me devuelve la plata con lo que se compro todos los boletos ya que esos boletos son intransferibles y no reembolsable
