Verremo a prendervi in albergo a Cusco e ci dirigeremo alla stazione ferroviaria di Ollantaytambo, dove saliremo a bordo del treno. Arriveremo ad Aguas Calientes, dove ci aspetterà la nostra guida e prenderemo un autobus per raggiungere il complesso archeologico di Machu Picchu. Potrete godere di una visita guidata di circa 3 ore attraverso il sito archeologico di Machu Picchu con la nostra guida esperta, esplorando le aree più importanti e conoscendo la sua affascinante storia. Dopo la visita guidata, avrete tempo libero a sufficienza per esplorare il sito da soli, scattare foto e godervi il panorama mozzafiato.
Prenderemo l'autobus per tornare ad Aguas Calientes. Saliamo sul treno per tornare a Ollantaytambo. All'arrivo a Ollantaytambo, il nostro mezzo di trasporto ci aspetterà per riportarci a Cusco, dove vi lasceremo al vostro hotel. È importante notare che alcuni rifugi sono situati in aree in cui non è consentito l'accesso con i veicoli. Al fine di organizzare al meglio il ritiro, vi chiediamo di comunicarci i dati dell'hotel in cui alloggiate. Il nostro tour inizia con il prelievo dall'hotel alle 5:30 del mattino. Poi, il nostro trasporto aziendale ci porterà alla stazione ferroviaria di Ollantaytambo. Da lì, saliremo sul treno per la città di Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu), con un arrivo approssimativo alle 9:30 del mattino. In seguito, prenderemo l'autobus per raggiungere il complesso archeologico di Machu Picchu, dove effettueremo una visita guidata di oltre 2 ore con una guida professionista, visitando le aree più importanti. Avremo tutto il tempo per scattare foto e goderci questa meraviglia del mondo. Al termine del tour, prenderemo il trasporto per tornare alla città di Aguas Calientes. In seguito, saliremo sul treno per tornare alla stazione di Ollantaytambo, dove il nostro mezzo di trasporto ci aspetterà con i nostri nomi per riportarci nella città di Cusco, lasciandoci in hotel.

We scheduled the tour in Spanish, and that same day they asked us if we understood English and conducted the tour in English because the entire group was from the U.S. The train ticket was also very expensive, and my sister and I ended up in separate seats. They told us it was fine to change seats there, but the train was full, so it wasn't possible. The van was very uncomfortable; the seats could not recline, and it was very uncomfortable since it was many hours of travel.
This was my 4th trip to Machu Pichu and I was fairly disappointed. We flew 9hrs from the US, took a plane from Lima to Cusco, then took a 2hr bus ride that was bumpy as hell, then a two hour train ride, then the bus ride up the mountain.... all of this to be told that we only had 2:30 hours to walk around circuit 1. We could walk around the ruins themselves really because we only had circuit 1 tickets and not circuit 2... I wish the tour company had been much more communicative about all of the restrictions and limitations ahead of time. They didn't offer to get tickets for circuit 1 &2, they didn't even mention how the circuit system worked. I believe that if is in the best interest of these tour companies to explain this system to the customer as soon as the tickets are purchased rather than the day before, or the day of the tour.
We just came back for our trip. Everything was perfect and smooth since the moment we were picked up at our hotel until the drop off When we arrived to Aguas Calientes, Miguel our tour guide Miguel was waiting for us. Miguel was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, super nice, patient and an excellent photographer. He explained everything about the beautiful Machu Picchu and made us feel entertained. We really enjoyed and recommend this trip.
Extraordinary place. Only after the visit is it possible to understand how the beauty, harmony and energy of the place inspired and propelled the Inca civilization. Our guide Noah was wonderful in contextualizing history, philosophy, always inviting us to contemplate the place, with an appropriate pace in conducting the visitation, and always acting with a lot of enthusiasm.

Went to Machu Picchu with my boyfriend but also made a new friend through the tour we booked since the 3 of us were together from start to finish. We had a fabulous tour guide, Noé. Not only was he knowledgeable about the history of the grounds but he was able to share his own personal experiences. Additionally, he was our part-time photographer and was able to help with the poses! My boyfriend & I got engaged and he gave us the most beautiful authentic blessing. Noé really made the experience that much better, considering the views are to die for =)
