Betty's Bay è una città costiera un'ora a est di Città del Capo. Era una stazione baleniera alla fine del 1800. Più tardi divenne più noto per il suo insolito residente: il pinguino africano! I pinguini si stabilirono sulla spiaggia di Stoney Point alla fine del XX secolo. Questo ha reso Stoney una delle 2 colonie di pinguini della terraferma. Gli ospiti avranno del tempo per passeggiare lungo la spiaggia dei pinguini e vedere i pinguini da vicino.

File di cottage imbiancati con il tetto di paglia fiancheggiano le strade di questo incantevole villaggio. E tutte le strade fiancheggiate da fichi portano alla chiesa! Gli ospiti avranno tempo per passeggiare e visitare il piccolo giardino di rose della città.
3 ore A sud-est di Città del Capo City è la punta più meridionale del continente africano: Cape Agulhas. È qui che il caldo Oceano Indiano si scontra con il gelido Atlantico. La costa frastagliata ospita oltre 21 000 zone umide e uccelli marini di diversi tipi. Anche il Serengeti dei mari, così chiamato per la sua variegata vita marina, fa parte del regno floreale del Capo. Il regno floreale più ricco del mondo! Circa 2000 diverse specie di piante sono residenti in questa zona e oltre 100 sono endemiche. Mentre siamo qui, avrai tutto il tempo per esplorare le pianure costiere. Puoi anche visitare il faro di Cape Agulhas; il secondo più antico in Sud Africa. Una passeggiata fino alla sommità del faro offre una vista a volo d'uccello della città e del museo in fondo.

This is a great tour exploring the cape outside of Cape Town. It is a long tour, but our guide, Danson, tailored the day to our liking. We were able to skip places that were not of interest to us and enjoy more time at other places. Danson is very knowledgeable about the entire area and made the long drives feel much shorter with his informative description of each place and its history. If you have time, I’d highly recommend this tour and Danson as your guide. He really made experience very enjoyable.

The trip to Cqpe Agulhas was PERFECT. Well curated with adequate time to have lunch, spend time to see penguins, walk along the beach, climb the lighthouse. Our guide Peter was AMAZING! knowledgeable about not just the tour but also Cape town and South Africa as a whole. He was engaging but not overwhelming. Even with my teenage children. Very professional. My interaction with Pauline was very professional, she answered all my questions and enquiries. I would highly recommend this tour with this company. We could not have enjoyed more.
