Città di Dingle e la bellissima penisola di Dingle. Lasciando Killarney attraverseremo il villaggio di Castlemaine, casa del Wild Colonial Boy, un bushranger nella prima Australia coloniale. Ammira la famosa spiaggia di pollici e ammira le onde dell'Atlantico preferite dai surfisti, quindi prosegui verso la città di Dingle per un caffè, una passeggiata per lo shopping e le visite turistiche. Quindi partiamo per fare un giro della penisola, fermandoci all'allevamento di pecore di Aidan e vista la scena iniziale del film Lontano e lontano con Tom Cruise e Nicole Kidman, poi ci fermiamo dove vuoi, forse il centro di Blasket Island, Louis Mulcahy, la spiaggia di Clogher che offre viste mozzafiato sull'Atlantico selvaggio, o forse l'Oratorio di Gallarus, una chiesa del VI secolo interamente in pietra che ricorda una barca capovolta. Itinerario
Arrivando nella cittadina di Dingle da Killarney, faremo un caffè, faremo una passeggiata intorno a Dingle, fare un po 'di shopping, poi andremo a fare il giro della famosa penisola di Dingle. Ci fermeremo per incontrare Aidan, un allevatore di pecore locale, in primavera e in estate ci sono solitamente agnelli da tenere e da mangiare. Aidan ha antiche capanne di Bee Hive sulla terra, un insediamento irlandese di 2000 anni. Continuiamo a visitare la Penisola, fermandoci per le foto e in alcuni punti interessanti. Poi torniamo a Dingle per un pasto, un po 'di visite turistiche e forse una birra!

Joe was a fantastic guide and private driver! He was a wealth of information. I asked last minute for him to take our daughter to somewhere she could have an experience with animals. He accommodated us and even took us to a pretty special place! Would go with him on any tour again!

My mom and I had a beautiful day touring Dingle! Our driver, Joe, had a wonderful full day itinerary for us which included a stop at the Torc waterfall, Inch beach, a few stops along Slea head, the lambs (per my mom’s request!) and at a lovely cafe in Dingle for some tea and delicious scones. Joe was very knowledgeable and ensured we had a great time.

So glad we chose this trip. Neither of us like driving so this was perfect. We stopped at a BEEHIVE hut and Dingle town...such amazing views! The driver Joe was so kind and helpful, He explained things and told us of history. We were behind a bus on the narrow road and a car had to back up which took a while but gave us some spectacular views!

The Dingle Peninsula was a spectacular day tour, especially with our driver Joseph Long. We saw many beautiful sites and still had time for lunch, quaint breaks & shopping!

Fantastic drive around Slea Head and the Dingle Peninsula with knowledgeable commentary on the history (modern and ancient), cultural and political contexts, and key figures related to the area. We really enjoyed our day thoroughly and while I've driven the Dingle Peninsula several times over the years, it was a refreshing experience to sit back and relish the views while someone else took the wheel. Pick up was straightforward. Communication was clear and responsive. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun with a good sense of humor. Very personable guy whose conversation made the spectacular scenery and sights of the day even more enjoyable!
