Betlemme è uno dei luoghi cristiani più importanti nelle terre sante in quanto contiene una delle chiese più antiche del mondo, la chiesa della Natività. È prevista una visita guidata della chiesa, della Chiesa di Santa Caterina e della Chiesa della Grotta del Latte. Quindi continuiamo il nostro viaggio a Beit Sahour, la città di The Shepherd's. Beit Sahour è una delle città più alte per popolazione cristiana. Visiteremo la Cappella del Pastore dove gli angoli annunciarono per la prima volta la nascita di Gesù. Infine andremo al Monte della Tentazione e al Monastero di San Giorgio. Come accennato nei vangeli, lo Spirito Santo condusse Gesù nel deserto. Una visita guidata completa alla Chiesa della Natività. La Chiesa è una delle più antiche chiese di lavoro esistenti oggi. La prima chiesa fu costruita dall'imperatore romano Costantino nel IV secolo dC, sopra la grotta dove Maria diede alla luce Gesù. La chiesa si trova dove Gesù nacque a Betlemme.
La chiesa di Santa Caterina è un monastero francescano. Si dice che sia stata costruita sul sito dell'aspetto di Cristo a Santa Caterina d'Alessandria e la sua previsione del suo martirio all'inizio del IV secolo.
La chiesa della Grotta del latte è il luogo in cui la Sacra Famiglia trovò rifugio durante la Strage degli Innocenti, prima che potessero fuggire in Egitto. Il nome deriva dal fatto che una "goccia di latte" della Vergine Maria cadde sul pavimento della caverna e cambiò il suo colore in bianco.
La cappella di The Shepherd's Field. Segna il posto dove, gli angeli annunciarono per primi la nascita di Cristo. La cappella dei pastori è un edificio religioso della chiesa cattolica che si trova nella zona di Beit Sahur a sud-est di Betlemme, nella West Bank in Palestina. La cappella segna il luogo in cui gli angeli annunciarono la nascita di Cristo.
La Grotta di Girolamo si trova in realtà sotto la Chiesa di Santa Caterina, e da lì si può accedere anche. San Girolamo, sacerdote dalmata (345-420 d.C.), tradusse gran parte dell'Antico Testamento dall'ebraico e dal greco al latino "Vulgata".
L'Ordine della Beata Vergine Maria del Monte Carmelo non ha un unico fondatore, ma è stato fondato da un gruppo di eremiti che vivevano vicino alla “Primavera di Elia” sul Monte Carmelo, con due radici della loro spiritualità: il Profeta Elia e la Vergine Maria. All'inizio del XIII secolo gli eremiti ricevettero una regola di vita, scritta da sant'Alberto, patriarca di Gerusalemme.
Tell es-Sultan noto anche come Tel Jericho o Jericho antico, è il sito dell'antica e biblica Gerico e oggi un sito archeologico nominato dall'UNESCO nella West Bank, situato a due chilometri a nord del centro di Gerico

Aida, anche scritto 'Ayda, è un campo profughi palestinese situato 2 chilometri a nord del centro storico di Betlemme e 1 km a nord di Beit Jala.
La Tomba di Rachele è il luogo venerato come luogo di sepoltura della matriarca Rachele.
Il monastero di Mar Saba risale al V secolo. Fondata da Saint Sabas, è stata ampiamente ampliata e fortificata nel corso degli anni. Si prega di notare che alle donne non è permesso entrare nel monastero. Tutti potranno godere di una vista panoramica del sito.
Il Monte della Tentazione si trova a circa 3 km a nord-ovest di Gerico, che si trova a circa 58 km a est di Gerusalemme, in Israele. La montagna si trova nel deserto della Giudea e si affaccia sulla valle del Giordano. Dopo essere stato battezzato da Giovanni Battista, Gesù si ritirò nel deserto per meditare e digiunare, questa montagna su cui si crede che Gesù abbia trascorso i 40 giorni e le 40 notti di contemplazione spirituale. The view was so exiting and we took so many photos and upload by Google the city ie. Jerusalem was very much tricky means all buildings are same white color then we walk long and can't back to the church we were Kidanemeret Ethiopian church then we meet an American lady who were out for dog walk she helped us to find our way home and we took picture with her now I want to say Thanks!!! our view was Korontos Monastry The Tomb of Alazar, Betelihem ,the St. Marry and Elizabet home ,Getesemani, the home of Martha and Mariam her sister and mauls etc....
Very good address for visits accompanied by guides who are very attentive to groups. We visited the monasteries with a very pleasant driver.
INCREDIBLE tour! See where Jesus was born in the manger and so many incredible ancient sites! My husband and I took my 81 year old mom whose dream it is to see the site where Jesus was born and all the religious sites. she is not athletic and has a bad foot. She did marvelously but there is a lot of uphill climbing and slippery steps. Our guide Elias always looked out for her and kept lovingly telling us to take our time. He was so kind to our group. We loved it and our tour guides were incredible. I can’t speak more highly of Elias and Mohammad. Elias was especially funny, charming, and taught us a lot about the history and never got political. He has ancestral roots in the land and was well versed in the history. Elias realized we had booked a tour that would not be good for my mom (monastery tour) and also that women aren’t allowed in anyway, so he suggested we switch and he made it happen for us! We are so glad to see Mount temptation, dip into river Jordan, and see the spring of Elijah. However old Jericho was tough and if i had to do it all over again i wouldn’t do it because it was 100 degrees and the steps perilous for my mom. I wish Mohammad warned us about that. Otherwise an INCREDIBLE TOUR!
In the morning I spent it in group with about thirty people to make the biggest religious tourist sites of travel. In the afternoon I wanted to visit the monasteries and this is what was planned on my journey. No one but me had taken that option. So I ended up with a Private guide who made me live my best day of my life in Palestine. I don't have his first name but I will remember all my life the color of his eyes, the warmth of his heart, his generosity and the incredible memories he put in my heart. Thank you 🙏😇
A well organized tour with outstanding Guides. Bethlehem is a lovely ancient city and the countryside around Saint George Monestary beautiful. We were warmly welcomed at the West Bank check point by our Palestinian Guides. A change of vehicle is required - Israeli vehicles can go into the West Bank but West Bank/Palestinian vehicles/guides cannot travel into Israel. A full day of sightseeing but do not expect to get into the Church of the Navity as the line ups are hours long.

Great experience, all recommendations, guides from Eliah tours were excellent, expesialy thanks to Mr Ziad who drove us safely all day and show us many beautiful places. We tasted falafels, hummus, zaatar, sweets and jericho bananas. We hope to visit again.

Can't give anything but a great review for this tour. I changed the plan slightly with the help of the guides, who were helpful, knowledgeable, funny and inclusive. I've read reviews of some tours being too political etc. But I and our group found Boaz very open but respectful and not political, in fact spiritually enlightening would be a good explanation, he qouted from Bilble(s), Koran and Torah. We even got the Our Father recited in Aramaic, the lanuage Jesus would have spoken. The amount of food tasting, sweets and coffee supplied, we were brought into Bethlehem with open arms!! One of the childern of a really charming family on the tour, kept calling it "the best tour ever", they had done several tours already this week!! We were immersed in the history and life in Bethlehem from long before Jesus was born to the modern day! Jerico and the baptismal site were items in there own right, things and places I wanted to experience, but we were spoilt in Bethlehem, even getting into 2 grotto's; the Church of the Nativity and the grotto in St Catherine's where St Jerome translated the bibles and was originally buried. We were very lucky, most of the time you don't get into one grotto with the crowds or booked for masses, to get the 2 was special. No more to say, except thanks Boaz, Moses and Elijah Tours for your hospitality and sharing your knowledge of your iconic city!!
The tour was excellent, as I really wanted to see the Greek Orthodox monastery - I did not like the first guide injecting one sided politics into the tour - many were uncomfortable, otherwise the tour was very good.

the visit to the Nativity Basilica is quite complete, too bad there is no time to visit the city, the souk and the Bethlehem market Shepherd's Sanctuary and milk grotto can be lightened the comments on the separation wall were a nice surprise, we were seduced by the sites of the monasteries good support by organizing guides, available professional, and adaptable very positive results
