Il nostro tour di Kakheti offre una giornata in una delle regioni più belle della Georgia. I migliori vini provengono da Kakheti. Quasi tre quarti delle uve da vino del paese vengono coltivate qui. I ritrovamenti archeologici hanno suggerito che qui si produce vino da diverse migliaia di anni. Quasi tutti i villaggi di Kaketi sono famosi per il proprio tipo di vino, come Kindzmarauli, Akhasheni, Teliani, Mukuzani. I vini prendono il nome dai luoghi in cui vengono prodotti. Il viaggio a Kakheti comprende diverse destinazioni turistiche, come il Monastero di San Nino a Bodbe, Sighnaghi – Città dell'Amore. Durante il nostro viaggio assaggeremo il pane georgiano chiamato "Shoti". Shoti è tradizionalmente cotto in un profondo forno circolare di argilla chiamato "tone". Museo Pirosmanashvili - Se hai sentito la triste storia del famoso pittore georgiano, indovinerai facilmente che stiamo parlando di Niko Pirosmanashvili, noto anche come Pirosmani. Il Museo statale Niko Pirosmanashvili è stato fondato nel villaggio di Mirzaani, nel paese di Pirosmani, nel 1960 e comprende la sua casa di famiglia e una sala espositiva che espone alcune delle opere originali dell'artista e oggetti personali.
Il monastero di San Nino a Bodbe - Originariamente fu costruito nel IX secolo. È uno dei maggiori siti di pellegrinaggio in Georgia. Il monastero detiene la tomba di ST. Nino, la fanciulla della Cappadocia che convertì il popolo georgiano in cristianità già nel 337 d.C. Ha una vista mozzafiato sulla valle degli Alazani e sulle montagne del Caucaso innevate.
Sighnaghi - Città dell'amore. È la città più bella di Kaheti. Sighnagi fu originariamente sviluppato nel XVIII secolo dal re Erekle II. Le mura difensive e 28 torri furono costruite da lui contro l'invasione di Lezgian. La città ha una vista meravigliosa sulla valle degli Alazani e sul Caucaso oltre. Dopo la passeggiata avremo una cena tradizionale con laboratorio, dove imparerai come cucinare i pasti tradizionali. Puoi anche assaggiare caramelle tradizionali, con succo d'uva - Churchkhela e Pelamushi.

It was a small group of 5 of us with a delightful English speaking guide Anano and an excellent driver David . The Telavi tour comprised of a pleasant drive through the country side and we stopped at Ujarma monastery, went across to a wine making and tasting place . Lunch was fabulous. We stopped to check out a 900 year old tree, and the masterpiece was the Tsinandali estate the summer home of thr famous Georgian writer and patron of the arts - Chavchavadze, which gave us an insight into the life of a famous aristocrat and intellectual. It was a well preserved summer retreat with had many original items of irniture,.pianos, cutlery, crockery etc intact. Anano kept us curious and her historical narrative transported us to Georgian history, origins of orthodox christianity and Georgian cultire. She was also very open to answering questions of current political scenario and was very professional and balanced all through. I highly recommend the tour company and guide.

My friend and I took a Kakheti wine tasting tour. The tour was great, and we had so much fun. Special thanks to our tour guide, Nino—she was wonderful! Luka explained the wine differences and the winemaking process in a very fun and welcoming way. The food was delicious and the ladies at the restaurant were very sweet!

We as a family of 4 had a great tour exploring the Kakheti region! Our Guide Nick was extremely knowledgeable of the area and Georgian Culture & history and gave us ample time to explore each destination. Our driver Vazo also was very good and safe driving. We really enjoyed each spot and the winery Vineria Kakheti was gorgeous and gave us a detailed wine tasting and lunch. Would definitely recommend this trip to friends & family! 🥂😊
