Great experience. Worth every penny. Nice on the field moments and good all round tour. Staff at Fenway are exceptional and very nice
Fenway park was amazing hearing and seeing the history being able to walk on the fiield Much better than just buying a ticket in the atands
Our tour guide Jack was amazing. Great stories and made the tour fun. The tour itself did not seem worth the price and the listing claims it comes with a souvenir but the souvenir is a $45 charge for a picture taken in field. No offer to have that same photo taken on personal cell phones.
Hello Heather, We apologize that you felt as though your tour was not worth the price. Pre-game on field access is a premium experience that we strive to make special for each of our guests. As per the photos for purchase, they are done by a third party that is not directly supervised by the Red Sox. However, personal photos are more than allowed, encouraged in fact, to be taken by one of our multiple tour guides on the tour. If they do not directly offer to take the picture, you are more than welcome to ask, and they will take it for you. Thanks for coming on the tour we appreciate all feedback!
It was not what was offered. It was a tour of less than 1 hour. Very little is known about the park. I paid a high price, and once at the stadium, the prices are much lower.
Excellent tour, very interesting, very informative. The tour is about Fenway Park not the Red Sox. Got to walk the warning track, sit it the oldest seats of the stadium, got to go up the Green Monster & sit there. Very worthwhile tour. Two disappointing items was the tickets did not say where to meet so was a bit of scrambling to find where to go to exchange our online purchase into tickets for the tour. And tour details said we would get a souvenir which we did not get.
Interesting and engaging. Guide was very knowledgeable and quick witted. Plenty of time for pictures and questions.
We are a special needs family. We travel to MLB stadiums 1-2 times a year to see our team play in a city that is new to our family. This year, Boston was our destination. After an extremely unwelcoming and stressful experience at Truist Park last year, I was very apprehensive to plan another ball park experience, but did so with an open mind. I reached out by email to the Fan Services department at Fenway several months before our visit. I was quickly put in contact by phone with a member of the Accessibility team named Rebecca. She and I spoke on the phone several times in order to plan for this trip, and she could not have been more supportive! She worked with Fan Services and Security to ensure that our family would have the best possible experience while we visited Fenway. The day of our trip we were met at the gate by Renee from Fan Services, who worked with us to make sure our special needs family member felt comfortable and had everything they needed. Our section usher Louise was also a warm and welcoming presence for our family member. I truly cannot thank them enough. I will forever sing their praises!
Viator/Trip Advisor is a scam. Showed up today to attend the special tour that is supposed to include meeting Wally and on field access, was told by the box office that they will not accept any third party vouchers. They would not let us in and Viator would not refund the tickets that were a total of $300 for the 4 of us. DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Go directly to the box office. It is cheaper anyway.
As a lifelong Redsox fan, this was an absolute amazing experience that I 100% recommend to any Sox fan or fan of the game for that matter.
Boring, just had everyone in the seats, We didn't walk anywhere else, in no clubhouse, no field, no lockers,
