Il tuo autista di lingua Inglese ti verrà a prendere da qualsiasi luogo a Delhi, Gurgaon o Noida e poi viaggerai ad Agra in un'auto privata climatizzata. Il viaggio da Delhi ad Agra dura circa 3 ore lungo la Yamuna Expressway, una delle migliori autostrade dell'India. Quando arriverai al Taj Mahal, la tua Guida ti raggiungerà. Ti fornirà i biglietti per il bellissimo Taj Mahal, in modo da non dover aspettare in coda per acquistarli. Inoltre, vi porterà all'interno del Taj Mahal e vi farà fare un tour. Puoi passare tutto il tempo che vuoi al Taj Mahal. Se vuoi che la tua Guida scatti fotografie con te al Taj Mahal, lo farà volentieri. L'imperatore Shah Jahan costruì il Taj Mahal nel XVII secolo per la sua amata moglie Mumtaz.
Dopo aver visto il Taj Mahal, la tua Guida ti condurrà al Forte di Agra, dove non dovrai aspettare in coda per acquistare i biglietti; invece, la tua Guida ti consegnerà i biglietti per entrare nel Forte. Fu costruita nel 1565 d.C. dall'imperatore moghul Akbar. Qui ti verrà offerta una visita guidata di circa un'ora.

Prem was my great driver, and Adil was my excellent tour guide! Prem picked me up from my hotel directly (I booked online through the Marriott I was staying at). He kept the car nice and cool throughout the day and had plenty of snacks and (cold!) water as the hot day wore on (44C, ick). His English was great, and he was very helpful in answering any random questions I had while looking out the window on the drive. The drive was long (Delhi is about 3hrs drive away), but he calmly handled the traffic and chaos of India drivers like a pro, and I wasn't worried. He stopped once (each way) at a rest stop for a wash room/snack break as needed. It was also super interesting to hear about his experiences in the tourism industry and just life in India. We met Adil in Agra for the start of the tour at a nice hotel (another good wash room break + reapplied sunscreen) and headed out to see the sites! Great to have a local guide and passes into the monuments as it would have been overwhelming if I was alone. He was very helpful and kind, making sure I didn't bring anything that would get stopped into the sites and directed me through the lines. His knowledge of the landmarks and overall Indian history really solidified the already impressive sites and made the memories more lasting. He also knew good places for pictures and was very patient as I bumbled through the sites. I was a little slow as the day wore on but they were patient and still ready to show off the great monuments. I do recommend starting/booking an early start time due to heat and traffic returning to Delhi. It was a great day with lasting memories that I wouldn't have without their support!!

Seeing the Taj Mahal has always been on my mother’s ‘bucket list’ and I’m so glad we used Awesome India Holidays to help us achieve this! The communication in organising was prompt and helpful. Once explaining what we’d like to do and see, a fantastic itinerary was created for us. A driver was there to pick us up on time in a lovely car. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable on both the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. I forgot to bring the pre booked tickets I purchased (totally my own fault) and once we got to the gate and I realised, the guide had replacement tickets and us through the gates to the Taj Mahal within minutes. I am so so thankful and so grateful for his support and professionalism in sorting it so quickly! We used Amazing India Holidays after a recommendation from a friend and I’m so happy we did. If you’re planning a trip to the Taj Mahal I highly recommend this tour for a fantastic seamless experience.
