Questo è un tour incentrato sulla storia del cristianesimo in Giordania, visiterai il sito del Battesimo di Gesù Cristo, Madaba, il Monte Nebo prima di rilassarti e galleggiare nelle acque salate del Mar Morto. Il tuo autista ti verrà a prendere dall'hotel alle 8:00 e ti trasferirà a Madaba. Famosa per i suoi spettacolari mosaici bizantini e omayyadi, Madaba ospita la famosa mappa mosaica del VI secolo di Gerusalemme e della Terra Santa. Con due milioni di pezzi di pietra locale dai colori vivaci, raffigura colline e vallate, villaggi e città fino al delta del Nilo. La mappa del mosaico di Madaba copre il pavimento della chiesa greco-ortodossa di San Giorgio, che si trova a nord-ovest del centro della città. La chiesa fu costruita nel 1896 d.C., sopra i resti di una chiesa bizantina del VI secolo molto precedente. Il pannello a mosaico che racchiudeva la mappa era originariamente di circa 15,6 X 6 m, 94 mq, di cui solo un quarto è conservato.
Quindi proseguirai sul Monte Nebo dove si dice che Mosè si fosse levato in piedi e guardasse verso la Terra Promessa. In una giornata limpida puoi ammirare il Mar Morto e fino a Gerusalemme.
Continuando lungo il Kings Hwy ti fermerai al punto di vista di WadiMujib. Conosciuto come il Grand Canyon della Giordania, questa è una valle espansiva e offre splendide viste.
Verrai quindi guidato nel punto più basso della Terra; il Mar Morto. Entra in uno dei Day Resorts e prova la sensazione unica di galleggiare nelle acque salate. Rilassati e goditi le strutture del resort: nuoto, fangoterapia e pranzo a buffet.

We thank the agency for adapting to our needs; we had little time and inconvenient schedules. However, they were always present. From the airport pickup, we felt safe. It is a very professional and punctual agency. We spent 2 days with them fulfilling the planned itinerary. Both the driver and interpreter were very friendly, attentive, caring, and kind. Thanks to them, we experienced a different version of the country than what we see on TV. It is a very safe country with good infrastructure. I recommend visiting Jornadia, and if it is with them, the experience will be much better.

I had a very nice short visit to Jordan everything very well organized by Jordan Horizon and my driver Mr. Fad who did a great job. After we left Amman we visited an old church, mount Nebo and the dead sea shore before arriving at my hotel in Petra, called Old Village. Very nice place with great views to Petra. The next morning the highlight of the trip: visit amazing Petra! A great experience with guide Mahmoud who explained everything about the history and astronomical background of the site.
