The cathedral visit was...
The cathedral visit was canceled due to a festival. However the tour and guide was excellent. Mar was very knowledgeable.
Risposta dell'operatore
Thank you very much for your review! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour and that Mar made your visit such a positive experience. We regret that the Cathedral visit could not take place due to the Cathedral's closure for a religious celebration. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you back to Toledo in the future!

The tour was in two...
The tour was in two sections, and were with two different guides. Both were bilingual. Waste of time, it’s like we had half tours. First tour guide was nice, the other one we couldn’t understand her English. First experience with Viator that wasn’t satisfactory. We had many others all over the world with them that were wonderful.
Risposta dell'operatore
We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must have been to feel that the tour was divided between two guides and that the English explanation in the second part was not clear.
We truly appreciate your feedback, which will help us improve coordination between our guides and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for all our guests. Our goal is always to deliver complete and satisfying tours, and we are sorry that we fell short on this occasion.
Kind regards,
De Paseo Experience Team

Skip this, not worth the time
Skip this tour and see the Cathedral on your own or on another tour. First, half of the time is spent waiting listening to the tour in the other language which means you’re sitting there listening 2x more and seeing less. We barely saw anything in Toledo outside of a few stories to hear about generalities about Toledo. The guide was very scripted and didn’t add commentary in between nor was able to answer basic questions from people. Toledo is an amazing city with so much to see, l so if you want to see it more, strongly suggest skipping this tour!
Risposta dell'operatore
We’re sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how the waiting time for bilingual explanations and the lack of interaction from the guide could be frustrating.
Thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve the pacing of our tours and the quality of the information provided. Our goal is for every visitor to fully enjoy the history and beauty of Toledo.

Misrepresented
We were greeted by the guide, she informed us that it would be a bilingual tour (not what anyone on the tour signed up for) after 30 minutes of walking she said we would be on our own for an hour and we need to meet the next tour guide in front of the cathedral.
It was so unorganized and so many tours in front of the cathedral we did know who our guide was and had to go to each group to find her. After we all finally checked in with her she then left us to buy the tickets and was gone for at least 15 minutes when she came back she realized that she didn’t but enough tickets and had to go buy more.
We finally made it in to the cathedral. It honestly is amazing and worth going.
Again bilingual tour so it was hard to follow and boring, not very informative so we tagged along with another English speaking tour.
Risposta dell'operatore
First of all, we are sorry you didn't enjoy the tour. As you can see in the tour information, it is said that the tour could be bilingual. And the guide had to buy more tickets because some customers appear little bit later, and of course she had to buy the tickets for them.

Toledo and its Cathedral, unmissable
Toledo is a beautiful city, but if you can find an entity and a guide who exalt you as they did with us makes you want to go back.
The route gave us a magnificent walk through the city learning about its history and secrets as well as knowing the Cathedral. Entering it is MANDATORY, a real wonder, and of course highly recommended to visit it with guide.
Highly recommended if you come to Toledo!!

Super disappointing followed by amazing
We started with a city tour that was to be 90 minutes and was only 38 minutes and very difficult to hear. I have taken many tours and this was very disappointing as we learnt nothing about Toledo. I’m surprised by the price we paid and number of people there was no speaker or vocal enhancement. Really felt like we should have taken a free tour and everyone in our group was surprised by the length and expected much more.
The second part o f our tour was with Marion and she was 5 star amazing! So much information on the cathedral and absolutely fantastic!
Risposta dell'operatore
We are sorry to hear this. Our guides always strive to do their best and provide a high quality tour, as you could see with our guide Marian. We have already spoken to the guide who provided the first service to ensure that this does not happen again. I apologise and hope that you will give us a chance in the future. If you visit our wonderful city again, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will make it up to you.

Recommended visit.
Interesting visit offered by the guide, Daniel, with many explanations that allowed us to have a general idea of the importance of the construction of Toledo Cathedral.
