Good communication from the start via WhatsApp. Fun and informative throughout, I would definitely recommend this tour. The driver and our guide arrived at our hotel early, and we had a great time. Our guide was excellent, with a good sense of humour, a good standard of English, and fluency in French. The spice farm was interesting (unfortunately, we didn't take our guide's advice and use mosquito repellent); lunch at the rooftop restaurant in Stone Town was delicious, and whilst on Prison Island, the guide gave some good advice about when and when not to tip. I'd have loved to invite our guide to join us for lunch, but it was Ramadan, so he was unable to break his fast.

Great experience. In addition to mastering French perfectly, Yahya knows Zanzibar as his pocket and at a humor that will punctuate your days with him in the mood "Hakuna Matata". I had the most amazing time on this vacation, Yalida was my guide. He’s very knowledgeable, sweet and took great care of me. Since I was alone…. He was also my personal photographer who took some great shots of me. It was a fun day, it was also very informative. I learned a lot regarding the story of my ancestors. Thank you Yalida. The driver was also very nice and skillful.
