This tour I booked mentioned a duration of up to 5 hours (unlike others that mentioned 2 hours and were a lot less pricey). I did not need transportation associated with this activity nor did I book a city walk (other trips did have that in their description, but not this one). In reality, the snorkeling was only 30 minutes (fantastic experience though and our guide was great!), and the boat tour was only 1.5 hours. This was not the kind of glass boat I had expected (only two small boxes through which one could look down). The lunch box was really simple, the sandwiches were not kept cold, no water was offered, only one small juice box as part of the "lunch". Yet I paid $230 for 2 of us, which is excessive. Giving 3 stars only because the company's great guide on the boat, otherwise it should be one star.

This was one of the best tours me and my family have ever been on. Our tour guide Don Maya was so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to have take us around Mexico. We enjoyed shopping in the city, seeing the Arch up close, the glass making experience was so unique and snorkeling was breathtaking. The entire excursion was 5 stars and we would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you again Don Maya for such a great experience. I would 1 million percent recommend Maya as your tour guide for the best experience

Excellent experience. Driver Gio was so well prepared and knowledgeable about the tour. We will definitely do it again. Driver should be equipped with lots of water , but overall it was great!!!

Gio, Emilio and Ilyas were amazing guides on this tour. The sea was wavy but Emilio was able to pilot the boat with ease, and there were opportunities for photographs. ilyas had clear instructions for snorkeling and helped a ton. Finally, Gio is a wealth of information and can connect you with many different services. hacienda mayahuel on the tour was a highlight for the education and fine tequilas.

The guides were great. Tour lasted about 2 hours. Lunch was good too. Water was chilly but warmed up fairly quickly. We went on the beginning of April. Saw lots of colorful fish.
