Tour di snorkeling a Land's End a Cabo San Lucas

It is a scam; the location is not suitable for that. A lady answered me and told me that the number was wrong, then she hung up on me. So it is a scam.

Meeting spot was a hotel address, however it was on the beach in the back of the hotel. Tio activity rep seemed caught off guard with our reservation and tried to reschedule us for another day however it was our last day in Cabo. After a few phone calls, the Tio rep said our tour would start in 10 minutes. A boat arrived and we jumped in and was dropped off on a small crowded beach with little instruction. We were handed snorkel gear by a young boy and told our boat driver would come back in 1 hour. The space was crowded, some spots open we near umbrellas which cost 500 pesos to sit under. The guy with the umbrellas proceeded to interrogate us about where we got our snorkeling gear… needless to say it was chaotic. The snorkeling was ok, just wasn’t a guided tour.

This is an absolute rip off. I've used viator for many activities, and this was by far the worst. First of all, I paid close to a $100 for my daughter and I to go snorkeling. We find the beach front for us to go on our excursion. The boat conductor keeps us waiting a half hour. Then we get to the site where we are to snorkel. The boat conductor has us take off our life jackets, which I am very confused by. Then on the beach site. The person conducting the snorkeling experience gives us snorkel gear and no life jacket. Tells us we have to pay extra for a LIFE JACKET. Which is absolutely insane! So of course we have no choice due to safety. So we paid. Now we snorkel for about half an hour in brisk cold water where we see a few fish here and there, along with a few pelicans sitting around. Then boat returns to take us back to the beach. Such a crap experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

The description of the tour does not specify what is included, and you are charged extra for most things. Including, but not limited to: fins, a life vest (for children!) and even leaving your belongings on shore WITH the tour operator. A huge note is they will tell you that they run on “Mexican” time which apparently means “whatever time they feel”. We were supposed to be picked up from the snorkeling beach at 4, but weren’t picked up until about 445. The tour to and around the arch was very informative and I’m glad we went on it, but I wouldn’t go on it again.

I wrote the tour guide to change the day of my appointment. I never got a response not even a hello. One your paid there is nothing you can do to change your date or get your money back poor service

This App is a Scam. First, they have no idea about the local travel company. No communication. We booked a snorkeling trip but the local company even didn't arrange it. Then the local company sold us to another local company with a very poor qiluality. Guided snorkeling trip become a water taxi. Do not use!!

Map directions did not lead to starting point which had to be hunted for several hotels down the beach. Parking cost $100 pesos per hour!

Unfortunately, the meeting location it said to meet at was “Me by Melia hotel.” No one knew where we were supposed to go, no one would answer the phone number that was listed on the information page and the people at the Bell desk sent us to a completely different area. We missed the experience and were there 30min ahead of time getting turned in circles..

I tell all go do. you Need ask around how get there . Cost us a few buck to get to where to meet. After that was great .

Do not book on a time crunch! Tour was supposed to go from 9 to 10:45. Our hotel check out was at 11. No one even showed up on the beach with us until 9:15, we didn’t get on a boat until 9:45 after asking several times, and we didn’t get in the water until after 10:06 and we told them to be back by 10:30. What should’ve been an hour of snorkeling was about 20 minutes. The boat that eventually picked us up had a tour group already on that wasn’t snorkeling with us, it seemed they pulled a random boat from their fleet to get us since we were asking to get the tour started. Very unorganized and the tour guides spoke very little English, which made it difficult. The snorkeling was beautiful, the boat ride was beautiful, the water temp in early September was absolutely perfect, the tour guide on the boat was nice and we saw tons of fish. We just wish we could’ve taken our time and enjoyed it rather than being stressed and behind the whole time. Definitely didn’t go as expected.
