Our guide, Jen, was delightful and the tour was fun, easy, and overall a great time! Highly recommend!
This was a very relaxing kayak experience with an awesome setting. I felt safe and not rushed, enjoyed good conversation and lots of laughs. There was even some surprise entertainment for we paddled along side a bachelorette party on a boat with great music allowing us to dance seated with paddles held high!! It was a hot day and water was provided but also wearing the proper gear added to the comfort. There were 5 travelers and the guide, Jen. She made sure we were well informed about our route and how to master the wakes from the cruising boats. I would participate again!
Excellent tour guide, was knowledge about the area and made the experience doable for everyone, incredibly leisurely tour, had all the gear and offered to stop for water, pictures, or sunscreen reapplication anytime.

We had a great kayak trip planned and the weather was not good so we shortened it and still got to see some fabulous homes, beautiful neighborhoods and had a lovely afternoon. Normally this is a 4+ mile trek and we cut it down to 2, we were not disappointed and will definitely go back again!

Our guide, Mike, was slurring his words, had to stop to rest a lot, and didn’t tell us anything about the area. He also let two of our group get so separated that they didn’t know what to do when we got to a low bridge. We would have had a much better time with a different guide or even self-guided. I’d check who’s doing the tour before heading out. Avoid Mike.
HI Kerri this is Matt the owner Im extremely disappointed in hearing this feedback. I want to whole heartedly apologize for this experience. Customer service and satisfaction is our #1 priority and it burns me to hear this. If there is any future opportunities to make this up to you guys in the future to give you the best experience possible. We weren't aware of this as he arrived prior to the actual start if the tour. Our sincere apologies for this experience and this was handled internally and he was released.
The workers we interacted with communicated well and were helpful. The tour leader was knowledgeable and helped keep our group together. It was a nice loop to paddle in a relaxed pace

GREAT experience for experienced lake kayakers. Sea kayaks are slightly different, so there was an added challenge. Would do again.

Guide was wonderful but the tour was not what we expected. We did not see any of the big mansions just a normal neighborhood of some smaller and larger homes. It was a lovely tour just not what was expected.
Thank you for your feedback. Although our response is delayed, when the wind direction is not in our favor and to avoid a struggle when going against the current, we have to switch the direction of our tour. We appreciate you trying and we apologize you didn't get to see the best of the area.
