Itinerario
Al mattino verremo a prendervi da Baños in un meraviglioso viaggio verso Rio Zunag, che dura 40 minuti. Una volta arrivati, è il momento di cambiarsi con l'attrezzatura per entrare nel fiume, e cercare il famoso Carachamas o pesce gatto delle Ande. Preparati a bagnarti perché catturerai il pesce con un filo e le tue stesse mani. Deve essere un'esperienza interessante e divertente! Dopo, vedremo chi è stato più fortunato e ha raccolto più pesci. Per celebrare il successo, ti riporteremo a Rio Negro, dove condivideremo con una famiglia locale (NON UN RISTORANTE CONVENZIONALE) un delizioso pranzo barbecue e, naturalmente, assaggeremo questo delizioso pesce, il tutto circondato da bellissime piante e tanto degli uccelli. Infine, torneremo a Baños City.

I was attracted by the programme of catching fish with bare hands in a river. The guides prepare everything for me, including wet suit, diving jacket, anti-slippery shoes, drinks and snacks. They briefed me in details about what would happen and the technique of finding and catching a fish. They first demonstrated it and then let me try. We were able to catch fishes sufficient for making soup for lunch. They also prepared delicious food during the lunch. The landscape is wonderful and the experience is unique.

This was the best experience we had in ecuador! We had a blast rock hoping up the river on a treasure hunt for fish. It was such a wild adventure we will never forget. It was a great opportunity to be out in nature like a local. If you have adventurous children and up for something off the beaten, I highly recommend William and Paul’s tour. To make the day even more special, they had a bbq back at Paul’s mothers house which included a soup from our fresh catch. We were amazed this unique day came from a purchased tour. AWESOME!!!
