Fernando was amazing!! He was the best tour guide ! He explained all the culture in the area, highlighted the must see things in Ensenada, and was so kind. He waited for us while we were exploring Paipai, and helped at the ticket counter to make sure we purchased the best package for our little family (feeding/petting baby tigers was our favorite 😍). He was extremely patient, and we cant wait to come visit again ❤️ on the way back to the cruise, he even stopped by a delicious taco stand for us to try birrias! Best day !
We had a lovely day with zip lining, farm animals and seeing many exotic animals. We interacted with: lovebirds, monkeys, a baby Tiger, raccoons, pigs, goats, bunnies and guinea pigs. This was magical as it’s more interaction than we are used to. Things are spread out and it takes a while to circle around to each spot. My biggest complaint: because my child guessed the surprise animal, the guide wouldn’t let the group see the hedgehog. This is terrible customer service. We waited an extra hour for this timed experience and missed out. So silly. Worth the trip!
This is just transportation. It is not an actual ticket into park. You will have to buy a package at park to enter.Tour guide is friendly,a nice guy and will take you where you want to go.
When we arrived there, it was like a "bait and switch" as there was an extra charge for EVERYTHING!! We just wanted to hold the baby Tigers, Leopards! Extra charges for each!!
Very very bad experience I made the reservation and paid but I never received detailed information of departure time meeting point ,once I ignored my recervation I received a call from the staff of the tur telling me that they were waiting for me and I was more than 2 hours away from Ensenada bc. THAT'S WHY I GIVE A VERY BAD NOTE OF COMMUNICATION.
Our guide Brayan was very good, helpful and glad we had him. Tour does not pay for Pai Pai tickets, but probably our fault for not reading. Good location and fun day for little kids.
Great place for children. The baby animals were so cute! It was just a little confusing with no map of the place bit all of their staff was very nice and informative. I would go back again.
Very bad the truth some employees pessima attitude and charged me twice the tickets I pay by card I am trying to dial the number they have on google and no one answers ,yesterday I checked my bank account and I have two charges the entrance. No one answers the phone and the distance to go is long for me now how do I claim my money? In total end up paying 424 dollars
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! If you’re from the UNITED STATES they will rob you!!!! Worst experience I’ve had in Mexico. I’m really sad my money is lost to them. $136 dollars for 2 adults and 2 kids for us to just walk around. You’d have to pay MORE just to feed the animals and get BITTEN BY THE TIGER.
Brian was an amazing guide and knowledgeable about Ensenada and surrounding cities. Didn’t feel rushed. We were on our own time.
