A breve distanza in auto con l'aria condizionata Mercedes vi porterà alla penisola di Pelješac, la regione delle ostriche e del vino più famosa della Croazia. L'agenzia di viaggi Dubrovnik Tour Guida si impegna a garantire che il vostro viaggio sia eccezionale! La prima tappa del tour è la città medievale di Ston, con le sue saline per conoscere la produzione di sale marino e una delle mura più grandi del mondo costruita per proteggere la produzione di sale nel XIV secolo. Visiteremo la famosa cantina dove sarete guidati dai familiari che vi mostreranno le loro cantine e dove avrete una degustazione di vini accompagnata da un piatto di formaggi e olio d'oliva prodotto localmente. Ci imbarcheremo sulla barca che vi porterà direttamente alla Fattoria delle Ostriche dove raccoglierete e assaggerete Ostrea Edulis - le ostriche più gustose del mondo! Il padrone di casa preparerà anche cozze accompagnate da vino, liquori e dolci locali! Il tour è limitato a 8 ospiti per una migliore interazione con una Guida e una migliore esperienza!

Dopo un breve giro lungo la riviera di Dubrovnik a bordo di una Mercedes con aria condizionata, raggiungeremo la città medievale di Ston dove troverete un muro lungo 5,5 km costruito per proteggere la produzione di sale nel XIV secolo. Questo è il secondo muro più grande del mondo dopo la Grande Muraglia Cinese :) *Farai parte di un piccolo gruppo di massimo 8 ospiti per una migliore interazione con una guida e un'esperienza migliore*
Visiteremo la famosa azienda vinicola Pelješac dove sarete guidati dai membri della famiglia che vi mostreranno le loro cantine e vi racconteranno tutto sui vigneti e sulla produzione del vino. Lì avrai una degustazione di vini accompagnata da un piatto di formaggi e olio d'oliva di produzione locale!
L'esperienza della fattoria delle ostriche inizierà a Mali Ston, dove sarai accolto dai membri della famiglia locale che ti racconteranno storie interessanti sulla baia di Mali Ston, un luogo dove troverai una regina delle ostriche. Le ostriche di Mali Ston sono considerate le ostriche più gustose del mondo :) Preparati a provare qualcosa di completamente diverso quando sali sulla barca che va direttamente all'allevamento di ostriche. Imparerai tutto sulla coltivazione e produzione di ostriche e cozze. Avrai anche una degustazione di ostriche e cozze accompagnate da vino, liquori domestici e dolci tradizionali locali.

Fabulous tour with Damir in late May 2026. Damir is from the area and added his personal experiences to make the tour more educational and enjoyable. We enjoyed a wine tasting arranged for our tour and a boat trip to an oyster farm, where the mussels and oysters were served with an excellent preparation, so that even those who don't usually like those types of seafood found them delicious! The stop in Ston was also informative and enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour if staying in Dubrovnik for a few days. !
This excursion, including the Guide Verbana was the best experience we had on our entire trip. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and just wonderful all around the trip to the oyster Farm even traveling to the oyster farm. She kept gave us a wonderful history and background of the area and was just delightful to be around the stop at the local winery that had been a business for 90 years. It was endearing as well and we were really impressed with Ston. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful day with Alex wine tasting and oyster/ mussel tasting. He is calm, knowledgeable and has some great stories and facts about Croatia. Thank you for a wonderful day! Who knew “Salary” came from the hot commodity salt?

This was our favorite experience of our trip! They provide pickup and drop off directly at your hotel/airbnb which was very convenient. The food and wine were amazing and the scenery was beautiful. We also enjoyed the fact that it was a smaller group (6 people). Overall this was a great experience and I would highly recommend it!

This tour was as advertised. Damir was a good guide that traveled to Ston to see the salt farms then onto the oyster farms to eat the very rare Mali Ston oysters. So worth it! We are here in April so not sure I’d do this in the height of summer

Great tour. Our guide Mislav was knowledgable, entertaining and quite fun!! The winery visit and tasting was very informative, with several wine selections to try. Super relaxing and serene environment...and the our guide at the winery was outstanding. Oyster farm was amazing. Tons of oysters and mussels to eat, wine and all in a very peaceful setting on the bay. Learned a lot and ate well! Highly recommend!

I booked this tour for my birthday, and it was the best decision. It was the perfect balance of history, wine, and food. This was the most amazing tour! Our guide, Mislav, was absolutely incredible – fun, informative, and so genuine. The day felt like a private tour from start to finish. We began with a visit to Ston, where we had time to walk around and explore before heading to a beautiful winery. The wines were excellent and perfectly paired with delicious cheese. From there, we took a boat out to an oyster farm with the most stunning views. The private demonstration of oyster farming was fascinating, and tasting the freshest oysters straight from the sea was unforgettable. The mussels in garlic and wine sauce were some of the best we’ve ever had. This was hands down the best tour we’ve ever been on. A perfect mix of history, wine, and food — 100% recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!
