La tua avventura inizia al porto vecchio di Reykjavík, dove salirai a bordo di una delle nostre comode barche per l'osservazione delle balene. Mentre navighi nella baia di Faxaflói, ammira le viste panoramiche sullo skyline della città e sulle montagne circostanti mentre l'equipaggio condivide approfondimenti sulla fauna marina e sull'ambiente naturale islandese.
Naviga attraverso le ricche aree di alimentazione della baia di Faxaflói, sede di megattere, balenottere minori, delfini dal becco bianco e focene di porto. Yes it was nice we did see and made videos of breathing whale every now and then, people on the boat were very nice and knowledgeable. But there were just a few glimpses of whales Haha

The boat ride was fun. Our naturalist was a wealth of information and we learned a great deal about the whales. Our captain did an amazing job of getting us up close to the whales without disturbing them.

It is definitely worth it, but dress warmly. It is very cold on the open deck. The boat moves a lot, so if you get seasick, take Dramamine 30 minutes beforehand.

We saw many humbacks and got a lot of information about the whales living around Iceland. The guide was very friendly.

Really well organised and great commentary. I would recommend dressing warmly but there is viewing inside which is great if it rains. It was amazing to see dolphins and humpback whales.

We had a great day! I was a bit nervous about whether we’d see any whales since they had seen them on the earlier outing. We were on the boat for about an hour when two were spotted. What a blast! They hung around our boat for a good 45 minutes. Those two whales put quite a show on! The crew was very good at giving us all the info on the whales, and what we could see. I definitely recommend this excursion.

Tour was informative and interesting, lead by marine biologist who provides the right balance of facts and spotting information to see and observe the whale, dolphin and bird behaviors in the wild Boat is spacious and clean with lots of seating and a warm cabin if the wind and rain picks up.
