Il Palazzo dell'Indipendenza, noto anche pubblicamente come Sala della Convenzione della Riunificazione, costruito sul sito dell'ex Palazzo Norodom, è un punto di riferimento a Ho Chi Minh City (precedentemente noto come Saigon), in Vietnam. È stato progettato dall'architetto Ngô Viết Thụ ed è stato la casa e il posto di lavoro del presidente del Vietnam del Sud durante la guerra del Vietnam. Durante la caduta di Saigon, il 30 aprile 1975, fu il luogo della fine della guerra del Vietnam, quando un carro armato dell'esercito nordvietnamita si schiantò contro i suoi cancelli.
La Basilica Cattedrale di Notre-Dame di Saigon è una cattedrale situata nel centro di Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Fondata dai coloni francesi che inizialmente la chiamarono Chiesa di Saigon (in francese: l'Eglise de Saïgon), la cattedrale fu costruita tra il 1863 e il 1880. Il nome Cattedrale di Notre-Dame è stato utilizzato dal 1959. Ha due campanili, che raggiungono un'altezza di 58 metri (190 piedi).
Thien Hau Pagoda a Cho Lon - un tempio in stile cinese situato in Nguyen Trai Street a Cho Lon (China Town) - Distretto 5, dedicato a Thien Hau, la Signora del Mare, conosciuta anche come "Mazu" ("Tian Hou" in cinese).
L'ufficio postale centrale di Saigon è un ufficio postale nel centro di Ho Chi Minh City, vicino alla Basilica di Notre-Dame di Saigon, la cattedrale della città. Our tour of the main historical tours of Ho Chi Minh City under the guidance of Joseph was very enjoyable and instructive. Joseph's kind flexibility in rearranging his itinerary to please us was very appreciated. He shared insightful information with us relative to daily life conditions in this great city. Thanks a lit, Joseph, for being such a great host!
The tour was good but more time needed for War Museum. Did not like the car for transportation as it was too small with a low roof. I bumped my head each time getting in and out of car.
We were short on time and so a half day tour suited our needs. Hao was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and attentive. He takes good pictures too! We took in all the major sites with door to door transfer in a clean and comfortable car. Driver was very good and safe. Highly recommend if you're short on time but still want to see and learn Ho Chi Minh history.
Our guide and driver were wonderful! We learned so much about the city and Vietnam history . Definitely an experience worth trying.
This is a really good tour for getting an overview of the city. The visit to the Presidential estate was very informative and they've done a great job of keeping it as it was in the late 60's early 70's. We had plenty of time to explore the War Remnants museum. Our guide Bau was also very informative and provided his insight as to the situation leading up to and after the Vietnam war. The other short stops at the Post office and Temple in Chinatown were also interesting. I could have by passed the trip to the lacquer factory interesting but I’m sure there are more interesting sights in Saigon.
Awesome tour! Guide and driver were both fantastic and extremely accommodating to my wife and year old! Seen a lot in a little amount of time!
It was a great experience for both my mom & I. It was very informative. I really liked that our guide really explained a lot about the history of Việt Nam, the culture and it’s people. We only had a very limited time in HCMC. One day was a visit to the tunnels and the next day we booked this tour as you are able to see all the city highlights. Got picked up by a guide with driver on a private car at 8am and got driven around learning, seeing & experiencing everything. We were back at the hotel at 12:30ish as we had an early afternoon flight. We opted out of the lacquer part of the tour as we had seen that the previous day as part of the tunnel tour.

This was a wonderful tour of Hanoi. Our guide, Travis, was very knowledgeable and friendly. His English is excellent and he connected very well with the group. The tour consisted of 4 main sites: the National Defense Temple, the Literature Temple, St. Joseph’s Cathedral and the Opera House. At the end we got a complimentary drink at a well-known egg coffee café. Overall a wonderful tour, well worth your time.
Amazing tour guide, really interesting day, I learned a lot about the Vietnamese history- some of it was hard to see in the museum but well worth the visit
If you are looking for a quick city tour, this is an excellent tour to choose. Our tour guide Mr. Bau was spoke clear and fluent English. He was very helpful in understanding the Vietnamese culture and people. The city tour however short, was still quite a highlight during our visit.
