Incontriamo i nostri clienti al Parque de Pelota Los Naranjos a Fajardo. Qui potrai parcheggiare gratuitamente e attendere comodamente la nostra guida nel parcheggio. È molto importante arrivare 15 minuti prima per assicurarti di non perdere l'opportunità di partecipare all'attività. Una volta arrivata, la guida ti incontrerà nel parcheggio e potrai seguirla a bordo del tuo veicolo fino a El Yunque.
All'arrivo, la nostra guida turistica certificata vi condurrà attraverso questo incredibile luogo segreto di "El Yunque". In questa zona potrete esplorare attraverso i sentieri di fango e il verde lussureggiante della foresta pluviale. L'escursione durerà circa 1,5 miglia in totale e impiegherà circa venti minuti per raggiungere la prima zona di balneazione e altri quindici minuti di camminata su rocce per arrivare allo scivolo d'acqua. Trascorreremo dalle 2 ore alle 2 ore e 30 minuti all’interno della foresta pluviale dove nuoteremo, dondolandoci dalla corda come Tarzan, scivolando giù da uno scivolo naturale, rinfrescandoci sotto la cascata e saltando da diverse scogliere.

Per motivi di sicurezza non possono partecipare le persone in sovrappeso, con precedenti infortuni, incinte o con problemi di salute. Per garantire il rispetto di questi requisiti sarà richiesta la prova dell'età tramite patente o certificato di nascita. Inoltre non saranno previste eccezioni o rimborsi a chi non rispetterà tali condizioni.
- Per partecipare a questo tour è necessario avere il proprio veicolo di proprietà/noleggiato poiché non è previsto il trasporto.
- I partecipanti devono essere fisicamente in grado di camminare su superfici ripide, rocciose, fangose e irregolari senza assistenza.
- Questo tour opera in base alle condizioni meteorologiche e fluviali. In caso di maltempo, ti verrà offerta la possibilità di riprogrammare o rimborsare.
- È obbligatorio l'uso del giubbotto di salvataggio e del casco.
- Se arrivi in taxi o Uber, assicurati che l'autista ti aspetti fino al termine dell'attività, poiché non potrai richiedere un taxi o Uber dal luogo dell'attività perché non vanno lì.
- Il sabato l'escursione è più lunga e impegnativa poiché si parte da un punto diverso.
- La nostra azienda si riserva il diritto di ammissione - Se una persona sembra essere sotto l'influenza di alcol o droghe, non segue le istruzioni, causa interruzioni o fornisce informazioni false, come mentire sulla propria età, la guida ha il diritto di annullare la prenotazione in qualsiasi momento. In tali casi non verrà emesso alcun rimborso. Diamo priorità alla sicurezza e al divertimento di tutti i partecipanti e ci aspettiamo onestà in tutti gli aspetti del processo di prenotazione.
- Le persone con le restrizioni sanitarie precedentemente elencate non possono partecipare al tour. Nessun rimborso sarà autorizzato se una persona trascura di leggere la descrizione completa e non soddisfa i requisiti e le limitazioni di sicurezza il giorno del tour.
- Politica degli effetti personali per l'escursione nella foresta pluviale: Nella nostra Rainforest Excursion, la sicurezza e l'esperienza dei nostri ospiti sono le nostre priorità principali. A causa della natura dell'attività, che prevede escursioni, contatto con l'acqua e movimento costante in un ambiente naturale, consigliamo vivamente ai partecipanti di non portare oggetti personali a meno che non sia assolutamente necessario. Mentre permettiamo l'uso di occhiali da vista per coloro che ne hanno bisogno per la vista, tutti gli altri oggetti personali devono essere lasciati in un luogo sicuro prima dell'escursione.
- Esonero di responsabilità: La nostra azienda NON è responsabile per lo smarrimento, danneggiamento o smarrimento di oggetti personali durante l'escursione. Comprendiamo che la natura del tour comporta attività che possono aumentare il rischio di perdere oggetti, come camminare su terreni irregolari, nuotare nel fiume, scivolare sulle rocce e saltare in acqua. This was such a great time! It was challenging enough for those who wanted that, but provided a relaxed opportunity in the water for those less brave. Our tour guide was nice and funny! Kids aged 16-21 as well as parents had a great time.

We had Adrian as our guide and he was great! He very knowledgeable of the environment and clearly knew what he was doing. He brought us on a bunch of cool little trails and climbs that were all worth it. 10/10

From launching yourself off cliffs to flying through the rainforest on rope swings and racing down natural water slides, every minute was unforgettable. The scenery alone is breathtaking, but what truly made the experience exceptional was our guide, Arnel. Arnel was the perfect guide for an adrenaline-filled day. He struck the ideal balance between keeping everyone safe and making sure we had the time of our lives. Before every jump, slide, and swing, he clearly explained what to do, gave us the confidence we needed, and never made anyone feel pressured. His knowledge of El Yunque, the rainforest’s history, wildlife, and hidden gems added another level to the experience that you simply wouldn’t get exploring on your own. Arnel was our tour guide and he was amazing. He was super friendly and very nice. He made the tour so fun. He also gave us a history lesson about El Yunque which it is amazing. Being surrounded by so much nature was beautiful. You felt so much peace. This tour is a must if you're visiting beautiful Puerto Rico.
